"I don't even know why they gave this to you, no one is even supposed to have tickets yet!" I was slightly fascinated by the fact that even Grace a true popular knew nothing about this, even though I am pretty sure the whole school bowed down to her. "Why are you looking at me like that," I quickly wiped the slight smirk of delight off my face and shook my head looking innocent.

"Nothing I was just wondering since the whole school is head over heels for you, I would like to know why you don't know a thing about this, this popular ball sounds exactly like you."

Grace frowned and looked up at the ceiling for a second, "I don't think you remember only about a week ago did people realize that I am not a complete cold b*tch that doesn't like anyone. I have told you before I didn't talk to people much before you should up, and no one dared to talk to me because I have this thing called resting bitch face so everyone thought I was mad at the world," she laughed and rustled through her closet looking for her dance outfit.

"Okay well whatever, what am I going to do about this, I don't want to go to jail," I yelped as a shirt hit me square in the face and fell to the floor in a heap with Grace standing with her arms crossed now giving me that glare your mom gives you when you know you messed up.

"This ball isn't for another week so we are not going to worry about it just yet, but you have to go they probably already know you have a ticket and there is no way out once they know for sure. Don't worry about it okay, it's masked anyways so no one is going to know it's you, we can give you a really pretty mask and ooh we can do your hair in one of those curly giant buns kind of like Cinderella," and I knew I had lost her, she was already thinking of dresses for me.

"Hey, do you think Hawkmoth will be there with his gang," Grace stopped her dress planning and slowly turned to me and cocked her head.

"I mean this does sound like something they would go to but they would have to be strictly invited and everyone knows somewhat of their bad reputation. Why do you ask anyways, they don't really pick fights with us all that often so don't worry. This past few couple weeks has just been a little hectic, it's not usually like this," Grace didn't seem the least bit worried as she stuck sparkly diamond looking earrings in her ears and turned around in the mirror. "I have to go meet up with a friend to schedule the next school party, are you going to be okay?"

I nodded and tried to swallow to the lump that was beginning to form in my throat. "Yeah I'll be fine but if you come back after three I won't be here, I'll be practicing bye," I tried to keep a chipper tone to my voice and ushered her out the door, but I knew it hadn't worked well because right before I closed the door I saw Grace's concerned face. As I heard the footsteps leave the dorm I sank to the floor and looked out my wide window and watched the snow fall slowly onto the window and created patterns in the growing frost.

How do you tell your team members they're being hunted

I ran my hands through my drying hair and sighed loudly. I could still hear the footsteps of that man coming nearer and nearer until he was standing right by me in the darkness. As I shook the memory out of my head I couldn't help but think, they already know that something weird is going on since the club incident but would they believe me if I told them they were being hunted. Then there was the question why would he be hunting us?

As I sighed once more, my ears piped up to whispering on the other side of the door. Mom had always told me that it wasn't nice to eavesdrop but sometimes I just couldn't help myself so I leaned in closer to the door and watched footsteps land right outside my door. I backed up slightly and waited for them to move away.

It's by that grand fountain in the back secluded from the gardens

I was completely out of the loop on this one, so I rolled my eyes it was probably a popular hang out that. I was about to get off the floor seeing as my butt was becoming cold from the cold wood when I saw something gold flutter to the floor just in front of my door. Whoever had dropped the ticket scrambled frantically to the floor while the other yelled curses about how that person needed to be more careful.
