Josh and I decided that we should hang out a bit. I know it's kind of weird, but we both thought 'it'll happen sometime'. He stared me down as I was laid out on my couch looking back at him.

"So, where do we start off?"I asked.

"Your hair"

"Everyone noticed my hair before the conversation"I chuckled. I sat up looking at him in his eyes.

"Your beautiful"He whispered but then shook his head. "I'm sorry"

"No it's fine. Thank you in fact"I sighed. Hearing that from Josh changed my whole mood. Someone thinks I'm beautiful. After all of what I did. "So how have you been?"

"Good, what about you?"

"Good"I started. I sighed. "Actually no, I haven't"

Josh frowned while still nodding. "Do you want to talk about it?"

"No. Sorry"I replied. He nodded.

"It's just okay. So have you found anybody yet?"He asked. I shook my head chuckling.

"No, I was trying to lay low remember. What about you?"

"Well me and ole girl are done, but I got myself stuck in a bad situation and now we have a child together, who I technically raise"He sighed.

"Oh"I replied trying not to sound hurt. Believe it or not, Josh was my first love even though we didn't date long. When someone would just say his name my heart would do backflips.

"Yeah"

"Actually Josh, is it okay if I can talk to you?"

Josh nodded moving next to me.

"I really didn't tell anybody this. But lately I just been feeling down. I know I messed up by leaving, but sometime I wish people's or could just take a trip in my shoes and what made me leave."

"Can you tell me why"

"You gotta promise you won't be mad at me"

"I can't promise nothing Pip, but I'll try."Josh sighed while rubbing his forehead and taking a deep breath.

"Well before we moved here. You remember Mr. Michaels? Well uh yeah he actually r-raped me. Ever since that I've been having these nightmares and no one understood what I was going through. I felt trapped for some reason"

Josh held his head in his hands while his leg shook up and down. He looked up trying his hardest not to look at me.

"I'm not mad."He calmed himself down bringing me into a hug. "Go on"

"And I went to Sidney cause we had the same situation, she was too busy with the twins. I just felt neglected and felt like there was no place. I just ran away. On top of that, Candace and I were fighting. You and me were fighting. I just felt like a huge problem."
