I woke up in my bed with a huge hangover. I remember sleeping on the couch but I guess either I walked up here or Kyle brought me up here. Kate: "Ugh. Work is in 45 minutes. Oh no I gotta go!" Usually I wake up an hour before to shower get dressed and eat but I guess I'll have to eat at my office. I'm just glad my company is 10 minutes away so it's not that long of a drive and I take quick showers. After my shower I get dressed and run downstairs. I kiss Sophie and Kyle on the cheeks and quickly get my breakfast and lunch. 10 minutes later... I get to work and of course the one day I have a hangover it's crazy in here. Of Course. Secretary: "Boss the new magazine for summer came in, what date would you like May 20th or June 1st?" Kate: "May 20th now were is Tali?!" My assistant Tali comes running next to me. Tali: "Yes Boss." She's a little shy but she does good work. Kate: "Put Harold my lawyer on my line right away." Tali: "Yes Boss." She runs somewhere and I go sit on my chair. If you didn't figure it out I own a Magazine company. The phone rings and I answer it. Harold: "Hi Kate." Kate: "Harold, Agatha lost. You better be my lawyer and be there in two weeks!" I say and he hesitates to answer. Harold: "Um so about that. Eric and the judge pushed the date to Friday." And the next line he says quickly because he knows if he doesn't I'll go insane. Harold: "But don't worry! I'll be there to defend you and your kids, so calm down ok." I take a breath and thank him. I'm glad he will be there but if Eric wins then I have less time with them, but I guess it's only until the end of the school year that's 2 months. I take another deep breath and continue my work.
Sophie's P.O.V-
After saying bye to mom I eat breakfast. Hi is texting Amber and eating across from me. I wash my bowl and try to escape but Kyle stops me. Kyle: "Wait Sophie, go sit on the couch. We'll talk ok." I sigh and go sit down. He washes his bowl and comes sit by me. Kyle: "So about Gabby, what is it?" He looks at me and I get super red and nervous. I start to sweat a little. What if he doesn't except me? What if he gets mad and goes over to Gabby's house and tells her I can't see her? What If he calls mom and she also hates me? Kyle: "Sophie are you ok? You've been staring at me with a worried face for 2 minutes." He looks very concerned. I put my face in my hands and start to cry. He hugs me and comforts me. Kyle: "Sophie your scaring me what's the matter? You were so happy before." Through tears I say, Sophie: "What if you don't except me?" He looks so confused. Kyle: "Please Soph tell me, I'll except you no matter what." I feel my crying stop and I lift my head up. I start smiling. Sophie: "Ok so me and Gabby are- um well, we're going on a date tomorrow." I say smiling so big. I was looking down and when I look up and Kyle has a blank face on. I feel my heart sink. Sophie: "Ky-Kyle?" He smiles and hugs me. Kyle: "I'm so happy for you Sophie!" I'm so relieved. I can't stop hugging him. I get up after a minute and go to my room to celebrate. I turn up my music and dance for awhile.
Kyle's P.O.V-
She tells me her and Gabby are going on a date and I'm very surprised. I think about it for a second and don't even realize I'm staring at her blankly. She's about to run away but I smile and hug her. I tell her I'm happy for her and she gets up with a huge smile on her face and goes to her room a few minutes later I hear the music blasting, she's probably dancing. I laugh and text Amber to come over. 15 minutes later... Amber knocks at the door and I go and open for her. Amber: "Hey babe whass'up?" I kiss her on her cheek and tell her to follow me. I knock on Sophie's bedroom door. I here the music lower and she opens the door with a huge smile. Sophie: "HEY GUYS!" She says a little to loud and she laughs. Amber: "What did you give her Kyle?" Before I could answer Sophie pulls Amber in her room and shuts the door. Ugh girls. I start walking to my room but mom calls so I stop and answer it. Kyle: "Hey mom whass'up?" Kate: "The date is moved to this Friday Kyle." Kyle: "What?! Will Harold be there?" Kate: "Yes thank god!" Kyle: "Just don't think about today ok mom. We can talk later. Bye love you mom." Kate: "Bye love you too." I hang up and go to check on the girls. I hear them laughing and I decide to not bother them so I go for a walk. 15 minutes later... As I'm walking back I notice Gabby walking home to so I run up to her. Kyle: "Hey Gabby." She looks up surprised. Gabby: "Oh hi, I'm Kyle?" Kyle: "Yup I'm Kyle, Sophie's twin brother." We shakes hands and she nods. Gabby: "So I'm guessing she told you." I nod. Gabby: "Your cool with it?" I nod again and she smiles. Gabby: "I'm so glad! What about your mom?" Kyle: "Sophie hasn't told her yet. But don't worry she'll tell her tonight." Gabby: "That's good. Thanks for being alright with it. I know it's not traditional but I kinda like Sophie so I wanna give it a try." She smiles and looks down. Gabby: "I just wish my brother was supportive like you." Her smile turns into a frown. Kyle: "I'm sorry your family doesn't support you." I say and she looks up at me.

Gabby: "No it's not my mom or anyone else in my family, just my brother." We are silent for a few seconds. Kyle: "Have you told him?" She sighs. Gabby: "Yes. I made an announcement at breakfast this morning." Kyle: "I can help you change his mind if you want." Gabby: "No thanks, but thanks for talking. Sophie is really lucky to have you." I say thanks and go home. When I get home Sophie and Amber are watching a movie so I go to my room.
