I sniffled and hugged my mom tightly. She murmured 'I love you Lilly' into my sweet, peach scented hair before letting go and taking a step back, giving me a once over. She nodded her head at me, a smile playing at the corner of her lips as I jumped on Tunney, squeezing the life out of her. She may hate me, and I may be a freak in her eyes, but that doesn't mean I love her any less. Petunia flinched and a brief flash of hurt clouded my vision before my mask went on a and I pretended everything was fine.
"I love you both" I shouted to them before running between platform 9 3/4 like I was instructed to do by the man. Professor bummbledork, I think his name was- anyways, I was looking for sev and I found him standing alone, searching the crowd.
"OI!" I shouted "OVER HERE SEV" he spun on his heel- almost toppling
over- and gave a wide grin when he saw me, giving his Dark appearance a happy look, if not for only a few seconds.
"Lily!" He wove his way through the crowd and beckoned for me join him."C'mon let's find a seat before all the compartments fill up" I nodded in agreement and soon found myself in a compartment in the back of the train with
sev.
We began to just talk, about everything and anything, and a soon moments later we felt a lurch."We're off!" I shouted with glee. seconds later a boy with round glasses and and his hair looking almost wind blown in the way that it
wouldn't seem to lie flat on his head along with a boy with long shaggy black hair that almost reached his shoulders,
stumbled in laughing about something funny Both of them undeniably handsome.
"Haha! Did you see his face it was lik- oh, hello." Glasses seemed to notice us just sitting there.
The one with the long hair looked up, "and what's such a pretty girl like you doing sitting next to a guy like that!" He jerked his head toward Sev. Who happened to have an offended look on his face. "I'm Sirius black and this idiot next to me is James Potter" said long hair with a smirk.
I looked at glasses-or James I guess, and he seemed to be staring at me with his jaw hanging. Sirius said "well, all the other compartments are full so I guess we get to join you" he Winked at me. I look away disgusted, whilst James glares at sirius.
Severus then joined in "I don't Know who you think you are, but-"
"But you should shut up" sirius cut in.
I looked at him incredulous. "Do you have no manners? You have no right to talk to him that way!"
"What's he, your little boyfriend" James taunted.
"Oh shut it potter" I snapped.
"A feisty one are we?" James smirked.
"Come on James let's just find another compartment." Sirius tugged on James sleeve "they're not worth it." So the two sauntered away to find Another place to sit.
"Don't mind them sev they're just a bunch of inconsiderate jerks." He nodded absentmindedly, in his own world. A couple of hours later, I was leaning out the window of the train eagerly Waiting for a first sight of
Hogwarts. When the time came I gasped in surprize and leapt from my seat "Severus, look! Look! It's huge! A castle, sev, the school's a castle."
"I know" was his curt reply. We got off the train, and that was when I heard Hagrid, the schools groundskeeper.
"Firs' years! Firs' years! Gather roun' now. " I followed the small clump of eleven year olds towards the giant man.
I heard sirius whisper, "wicked" to himself as he tilted his head back to look at The man. I just grinned and focused on weaving my way in between the older kids to the small boats bobbing in the murky lake. I stepped carefully into the rocky wooden boat and looked up, surprised to see three other girls in the boat.
"Hi! I'm Alice and this is
