The Chunin Exams

LN: Yo, so here I go with the story. Sorry for the long wait! I was injured and a little overrun with homework and work, and my other fanfics. Well, here we go. P.s. I also have a puppy and she is a handful. P.P.S I have had immense writer's block so I have been unable to even write for any of my stories.

Nishia's POV

I sighed and waited while watching the children enter the exam building watching what they will do about the genjutsu that was placed on the second floor. I saw many people enter and finally saw my brother's group entering the building. I smiled and motioned to Yuri and Shade to begin moving, and we three entered.

I heard a fight break out, then heard someone ask Sakura to date them, and then I turned the corner only to see a bushy-browed boy, sending love hearts to Sakura who was busy dodging them. I smiled and yelled out, "Naru!!", and proceeded to tackle my brother to the ground while Yuri and Shade watched.

While the others were still talking, slight dodging of love hearts and Sasuke being the emo he is, I was hugging my little brother and slowly squeezing the life out of him. Almost immediately I felt two hands lift me off of Naruto and place me down separate from my brother. I looked to see Yuri slightly smiling while holding me in place.

I pouted and watched Lee challenge Sasuke, then Naruto tries to fight him, saw my brother get beaten, and then watched how Lee and Sasuke began to fight. I then sighed and turned around, not really caring how the battle was going to end. I walked into the exam room and felt the intense killing aurora in the room.

I giggled and walked with my group towards the other rookie genin and I proceeded to greet them with a happy-go-lucky smile. "Hinata, Shino, and Kiba! Good to see you Team Ten." Then I turned towards Team Eight, "Shikamaru, Ino, and Choji, it is great to see you guys once again."

I then gestured to my teammates, "This is my team, Yuri Rose and Shade Nocht (pronounced Night). I have known them since I was a child and we worked together before I came to this village. They decided to follow after me to continue the team dynamic."

Shade smiled and gave them a small bow, "Hello, as my teammate has said, I am Shade Nocht. It is nice to meet you all."

Then Yuri gave a beautiful smile and gave an elegant bow, in their kimono and with a fairy-like bell tone of voice said, "Hello, I am Yuri Rose, and it is a pleasure to meet you all."

I watched as all of the boys began to blush slightly at Yuri's introduction and couldn't help but giggle silently at their reaction. I wonder how would they react to knowing that Yuri is not what they think they are.

I looked up to see that my younger brother was now entering with his teammates, and the others were starting to make even more of a commotion. I looked over to see the older genin glaring at us youngsters. I began to smirk, I already could tell that over half of these participants were not going to make it. Whether it is through disqualification or death was entirely up to how good they were.

While I was in my own world, a white-haired boy with glasses begins to wander over to us. They began to talk for a while and I was completely tuning him out until I heard Sasuke say my name. I looked up and saw the boy turn a card over and said I don't have much information on her actually. I smirked and turned around just in time to see a sound ninja attack. I was already tensing up but didn't react. Then I saw Ibuki arrive, I immediately looked at my teammates and nodded my head. The Chunnin exams have begun, and it was now time for us to begin our mission.

We walked into the exam room and almost immediately couldn't help but chuckle. The written exam was up first. I took my number from Ibuki and then went to my assigned seat which just so happened to be next to Garra. I sensed the killing intent coming from his direction, but all I did when I turned to look at him was smile. I let out a small bit of Jirasai's energy to let Shikaku know who he was dealing with.

From the corner of my eye, I noticed Garra stiffen and his look of indifference turned into one of slight shock. I smirked and waited for the rules to be explained while tuning out. I already knew what this little test was about. I finished the exam quickly while making it look like I took my time. I saw a sand eye appear above my exam, and I happily let Garra copy my work might as well let him do so.

I sat blankly doodling on the small corner of my exam when Ibuki finally announced the final question. I watched as many people gave up and were disqualified from the exam. I gave a small smile when Naruto makes his declaration. Many ninjas remained, but I already knew what was going to happen in the next part after all. Just like that, the window was smashed in, and in came the next exam proctor, Anko.

LN: Hello! I have returned after a long hiatus. I will be willing to try and update, but it will not be frequent. I work full time at my job now after all.
