Hana's P. O. V.

Jungkook suddenly called me in the middle of the night. Good thing I was awake studying violin notes. Otherwise, I wouldn't have answered. I picked up my phone. "Jungkook? What's up?" I said.

"Could you come to my house? I need someone to talk to," Jungkook said. I was a little hesitant. It was late at night and he was asking me to come to his house? But it must have been important since it's so late.

"Okay, I'll be there in a few minutes," I said. He then hung up.

It was so late that no one in the house was awake. Hyerin was already in bed after Jimin dropped her off and Suma was asleep too. I quietly snuck to the front door. I slowly grabbed the keys and left. I looked around and found Suma's small car. She wouldn't mind I borrowed it for a little while. I planned to be back before morning. I had to drive carefully because I was still new. I made it to Jungkook's house in no time.

"So, what happened that you had to talk to me this late at night?" I said sitting down on his couch.

Jungkook sat down next to me and told me about what happened. I was quiet the whole time. I was shocked that all this stuff happened and I was too busy practicing to know. From what happened between Jungkook and Hyerin, I had to ask one question. "Do you still have feelings for Hyerin?" I asked. I was afraid to hear what he was gonna say.

Jungkook looked surprised at my question. "I'd like to say that I don't, but I'm not sure...," He said. He really seemed to be confused.

"Let's forget about that then," I said changing the subject, "It's pretty late. We have class tomorrow."

I stood up, but before I could leave, Jungkook grabbed my arm. My heart skipped a beat. "It's weird how you're nothing like Hyerin, but I'm just as confused by you," Jungkook said with a bashful smile.

"I don't know what you mean...," I said, "I really should go. We can talk about this tomorrow."

I wanted to leave. It felt like Jungkook was comparing me to Hyerin and I hated it.

"Okay, can we talk at lunch?" Jungkook asked, letting go of my arm.

"Yea." I then left. Maybe I should've listened to what he had to say, but I was too tired to. Who knows what the conversation would've led to.

The next day, Jungkook and I were in class. Since we were supposed to work alone today, I didn't say a word to Jungkook. It felt so awkward sitting next to him. I glanced at him and suddenly he looked at me too. I quickly looked away in embarrassment.

Class finally ended and it was time for lunch. Jungkook and I were quietly walking together when Hyerin suddenly came up to us. Jungkook was just as surprised as me to see her. "You don't have class right now, right?" Hyerin asked Jungkook.

"No, it's time for lunch," Jungkook said glancing my way, "What are you doing here?"

"I actually wanted to talk to you," She said, "Hana, do you mind if I talk to Jungkook alone?"

They both looked at me. "Me? Oh, I don't mind at all. I'll just wait over there," I said awkwardly.

I walked over by a bench to give them some privacy. I sat down and watched them as they talked. Hyerin was so pretty. No wonder Jungkook liked her so much. When Jungkook smiled at her, I felt my heart ache. They were acting so friendly with each other even after what happened. It bothered me that it was awkward between Jungkook and me, but Hyerin was perfectly fine around him.

After a few minutes, Hyerin was finally leaving. Jungkook walked toward me and I stood up. "What were you talking about?" I asked as we went to get lunch.
