Goro Akechi x Pancakes

      Akechi was on his way to work, he gets off the train and walks down the busy streets, minding his own business until an eye-catching sign caught his attention. Akechi was in shock, his brown eyes wide and his jaw let loose as he gazes at the newly opened IHOP restauraunt that serves the bestest pancakes you can ever encounter.

     The rookie detective's mouth waters as he imagines chewing on the fluffiness of the pancake covered in sweet syrup, but quickly snaps out of his fantasies at the feeling of liquid running down his chin, then quickly wipes the drool off with his sleeve.

     Akechi was making a choice if he should enter the resturaunt or walk away from his craving for pancakes and go to work instead. This is most difficult decision he has ever made, Hell, he was sweating enough to drench his own clothing. His brain tells him to go to work, but his body says to go inside IHOP. Oh, what will he do?

    After a few minutes have passed, a random person opened the door to IHOP to enter, as they opened the door, a delicious aroma of pancakes escaped through the entrance and filled Akechi's nose with the scent he had always loved.

     "Dammit..." Akechi curses under his breath."I'm going in!" He yells in his thoughts as he runs to the door. Sae and his co-workers wouldn't mind him being absent for just one day... right? He made sure to excuse himself later. Akechi pulls the door handle and rushes in, his sudden action made the customers turn their heads towards him. There was a moment of awkward silence until Akechi apologizes to the customers and walked towards an empty seat to sit down on and finally ordered himself a stack of pancakes and a hot cup of coffee.

    What seemed like forever, Akechi hears the sound of footsteps coming to his table and looks away from the window to see the waiter put down his plate of pancakes and cup of coffee and walk away to leave Akechi alone. The boy was drooling at the sight in front of him, the scent of both the pancakes and coffee made Akechi feel like he was actually in heaven, he felt like taking a photo of the pancakes (Yes, he is one of those people, but only with pancakes lol) and post it onto his social media, but his followers would probably get mad again since he is always posting about pancakes, nothing else.

     Akechi finally took a bite out his pancakes and moaned out loud, pretty much gaining the attention of the customers again because it was THAT loud, as he slowly chews on the warm syrup covered dessert, he didn't care about all of the customer's stares since Akechi was enjoying himself too much and kept on eating and moaning until he ate all of what was left on his plate. (So basically, Akechi had a foodgasm :^))

     Akechi lets out a sigh from the "pleasurable experience" and took a final sip from his coffee and got up from his chair to pay for the food, ignoring the weird stare from the cashier and happily left the restaurant to go home for the day.

     "Akira... What the hell did we just hear?!" Ryuji questioned after he swallowed a bite of his waffle. "I don't know, Ryuji... But I got it on video." Akira answered as he pushed his glasses up and showed an evil smirk on his face.

"For real?! Lemme see!" Ryuji grabs Akira's phone and puts the video with Akechi in it on play with low volume, but low enough for the two to only hear.

The next day at the Police department...

        "Oh! Akechi-san, you're here." Sae approaches Akechi with a small smirk on her face. Akechi turns around to see the prosecutor standing in front of him and smiles "Hello there, Niijima-san! Did I miss out on anything?" Akechi questioned as he remembers that day with the delicious pancakes. "Nothing, just a few investigations about the Phantom Thieves here and there. By the way... Where were you yesterday?" Sae's smirk got a little bigger when she said the last sentence.

     "O-oh um... I was sick? Yeah! I was sick and I had to stay home!" Akechi mentally facepalmed to his obvious lie.

"Oh, really? I recall seeing a video online about you at a resturaunt!" Sae tried her best not to laugh as Akechi felt a lot more nervous at what she is about to say next.

"You were making a lot of weird noises and everyone in there were staring at you!" Sae couldn't hold in her laughter anymore and went somewhere private to laugh her heart out "I'll see you later, Akechi!" And there she goes...

Akechi's face was red and full of embarrassment, he thought he should have been more careful of controlling himself in public, especially when he's in front of the one he loves most, pancakes.
