I can't believe she fell for it. I know piper likes Leo but I could tell she got a little jealous when me and Tyler went for a walk with just the two of us. Don't get me wrong I like Tyler, he's so cool, and funny, he's even a great kisser but I'm in love with Leo, and I have been since we were little. I wish I didn't have to lie to Tyler, just to make piper jealous but there's not really anything I can do to keep her from getting between me and Leo. I can't wait till capture the flag, I'm going to make piper soooo jealous, that either she'll look like some crazy jealous person or look stupid in front of Leo. As much as I love him he's clueless when someone's playing him. I'm also going to make Tyler see just how much Piper loves Leo and if I'm lucky he'll be so sad he'll date me, and then I can use him to make Leo jealous. Oh well as long as Tyler thinks I like him my plan will work.

Piper P.O.V

Ugh! I can't believe Victoria would do that. I know she doesn't actually like Tyler. She's probably just using him, and since he's my friend and really sweet I won't let Victoria break his heart. That's why I tackled her. But after all that she does something that I can't believe. She breaks the rules and sits by Tyler at the Hermes table. I notice Leo watching them and for a slight moment it looked like he had a pinch of jealousy. I was hurt that Leo might like Victoria but I decided to brush it off. I know Leo will probably never love me the way I love him but....it still hurts. Tyler was actually the only person I've told about my crush on Leo and he seemed very nice about my situation. But better yet he's my friend. So why do I care so much if he kisses Victoria? I should probably just leave his love life alone. But if he likes her and she breaks his heart I'll break her....even if Leo does have a crush or something on her. I mean if I'm wrong and she actually likes Tyler, then what would that do to Leo? Gods if Leo likes Victoria, he must be furious right now. "Campers welcome the hunters of Artemis!" Oh gods I was so deep in thought I didn't pay attention to what Chiron was saying. "As for capture the flag I'm making the hunters of Artemis one of the captains. As for the other spot. Who would want to be the other captain?" I was going to raise my hand but Victoria beat me to it. "Oh, Chiron. Over here please!" Chiron looked all around and saw no objections. "Very well, pick your teams Apollo captain." When Chiron said that Victoria flashed me an evil grin. "I pick, the Aphrodite, Hephaestus, Athena, and Ares cabins. The rest can go to the hunters." Thalia heard what she said and flashed me an irritated look. "Chiron do you think my cabin could be on the hunters of Artemis team?" I asked trying to stay away from Victoria. But as I asked that, my entire cabin moaned and complained so I changed my question. "Never mind, can I just be on they're team." I asked while looking at Tyler. Chiron noticed me staring and agreed. when Tyler noticed me staring he just started grinning and then I realized his cabin was on the hunters of Artemis's side. And before I knew it I was smiling too and kinda blushing. "OK campers as soon as your done eating meet at your designated meeting spots with your team mates. I looked at Tyler and saw he was trying to leave. But then Victoria, started begging him to stay. And she only did that cause Leo was watching them, with jealousy all over his face. I now realize I have no shot with Leo or that he's a complete idiot either one. But I keep watching Leo and I noticed as soon as Tyler got away from Victoria he went back to his usual self. Victoria walked over to Leo and they started whispering about something and looking over at me. So with that I figured I'd go meet my team for capture the flag.

-------time skip 5 minutes----------

As I got to the meeting spot I noticed Tyler was already here. " hey Tyler. What're you doing?" I asked cause he looked like he was deep in thought. "I'm just thinking........ Its something Victoria said to me." He said walking over to me. When he said that I instantly knew it wasn't going to be good. "What? Do you like her or something?" I asked trying not to sound mad. "Well.....here's the thing. Its not that. She asked me to be her boyfriend, and she wants an answer by tomorrow before we leave." I stood there surprised and mad that she was going to break my friends hear like that. But I didn't say anything cause I didn't want him to think I was jealous or anything. Which I'm not. But then I decide to tell him the truth, about her until I hear a familiar voice call my name. "Hey, piper!" Thalia cried. "Its been so lon-" "green day! Is that you?" I heard Tyler ask when he saw Thalia. "Wait a minute I know that voice. No it can't be." She turns around and sees Tyler. " I thought I wouldn't have to look at your ugly mug until December. What're you doing here?" Thalia cried while giving him a hug. And that's the second thing that confuses me. The first thing was how does she know Tyler? And Second why is she hugging him? So while they're still hugging I clear my throat. "Oh, yea hey piper this is my friend Tyler from school. We met last year, when Tyler ended up taking a beat down for me like an idiot." Thalia said smiling "so, Tyler how's Samantha? Did you finally ask her out?" I was confused at why Thalia liked Tyler so much. I always thought the hunters of Artemis hated men. "Um....Thalia.....no. No I didn't" he said looking at the ground. Thalia mouthed the word oh and gave me and him some weird look and walked away."Um......I know its not my business but how did you meet Thalia? And not get beat up by her?" I asked " well....its a very long story. Let's just forget this ever happened. " he says. "So how did you like your alone time with Leo" he said in a teasing tone but when he mentioned leos name I couldn't help but blush. "Shut up!" Was all I could say. But I decided to tease him him back. "What about you and Victoria, huh? I thought i saw toung when me and Leo caught you guys smooching in the woods." I said in a teasing tone. He obviously wasn't prepared for my come back. He was quiet for a minute. "So maybe there was, maybe there wasn't." he said winking at me. I couldn't help but laugh. "Whatever" I said while playfully punching him. "Hey are you guys done flirting? we've already started!" One of the hunters said. Me and Tyler both blush a little bit even though he thinks I don't notice him trying to hide it. "Yeah we're on our way" I say. But right as we get up to the flag we hear screaming and see a hunter with the other teams flag standing victories. I realized while me and Tyler were talking we missed out on the whole capture the flag game. "Um I think we're late." Tyler whispers to me. I laugh and whisper "yeah I kind of figured." That's when someone tackled Tyler from behind and landed on top of him. When I realized who tackled him I got angry. It was Victoria and for some reason she's kissing Tyler. AGAIN! But I can tell he's not enjoying it though. So me being the friend I am and not jealous decided to shove her off of him. But not before Leo surprise hugged me again. I was shocked at first but melted in his arms and started to smile. But then he surprised me even more when he started kissing and sucking my neck until i noticed i had a hiccy and I couldn't help but moan and blush. "Sorry pipes, Victoria dared me to do that after capture the flag. I didn't mean to ruin your moment with Tyler." Leo says grinning. "What? Hell no. We're just friends." But then Leo starts trying to hold back a laugh and so i turn and see Victoria doing the same thing Leo did to me to Tyler. I decided to let her have her fun, because Leos here. But after a couple minutes I noticed he stopped laughing and started to get a little angry, so I kicked Victoria off of Tyler to cheer Leo up, and to stop Tyler from bing raped. That's right I saw her going for his belt I wasn't stupid. Victoria gets up and looks at me with a grin then looks at Leo. "Hey Leo do you wanna go back to my cabin? No ones there we can watch a movie?" She said hopeful and in a seductive tone. And to my surprise Leo nodded his head vigorously. So they left and I started to cry a little bit. But then someone hugged me and told me everything was going to be all right. When I looked up it was Tyler and to my surprise he had a glowing red boars head, the symbol of Ares. I laughed a little bit forgetting I was sad. "How are you a kid of Ares?" I asked. Tyler looked confused until I pointed my hand at the symbol floating above. "Well let's not focus on that. I want you to know that no matter what Victoria does I'll make sure you end up with Leo. Even if it means I have to date her. I'll get her to leave Leo alone, I promise." Tyler said. I was took back by what he said but I was happy. I think I found a new best friend. "Thanks.....for being my..." I faltered a little nervous. "Hahaha. Don't worry, I'm glad to be your friend, and I'll always be here for you and Leo." I couldn't help but smile and blush. I started to fall asleep in his arms, they just felt so warm and comfortable.
