What the hell?

I put my phone back down on the counter, not caring how hard it actually hit.

Lunch break was almost over at the coffee shop. I sighed.

I wonder if he knows me. Probably not. My name is pretty typical. Yoon Seohye. Everything about me is typical. Why would he message me though? Don't go outside? Yeah right, I got a job to do.

I rolled my eyes before I noticed a hand waving in my face. Dammit Kang Daniel.

"What are you day dreaming about?" he asked.

"Daniel don't play stupid. Were you the one that messaged me? Under 'guam lips'?" I stared at him.

"Huh? You know my ID is dannniel... I haven't created a new one." He paused. "Why? Is someone pretending to be me?" He looked at me and pouted.

Honestly I wasn't even listening to him. The way his hair fell on his forehead and the way his lips shined in the light, the way he looked in general made my heart stop.

"Dammit Kang Daniel," I said whilst getting that thought out of my head. He's my coworker, my best friend. Get it together, Seohye.

He laughed knowing g-d damn well what he was doing.

I flinched at the sound of the heavy thunder coming outside. Suddenly it had started raining, and then storming. It lasted all day and was getting worse as it was almost time to leave.

I looked outside and cursed under my breath while grabbing my things and taking out my umbrella.

There were no cars in sight while I was making my way home. The rain got harder, the thunder became louder, and the lightening was closer.

I started running home, scared my belongings were already soaked. But as soon as I started running, a lightening bolt struck the lamp post that was right in front of me and I screamed.

My heart rate was way too fast, because I'm easily scared of anything and everything. Still, I could see no cars and it was already really dark. I ran in the road to cross it because my apartment is just on the other side.

A car literally comes out of no where, with their bright lights on might I add, causing me to stop in my tracks from being blinded. The lights gave me a headache and I felt dizzy. My legs got weak and I fell to the ground.

The driver of the car that was inches from my face rolled down the window and cussed me out, telling me to get out of the road. I come to my senses and stand up, not realizing that my umbrella was not over my head anymore and I was completely soaked.

When I got home the first thing I did was lay in the bed. As soon as I got comfortable, my phone buzzed.
