OK, so as you have read in the previous chapter, us Scouts went on the Backpackers Challenge. This story actually takes place on the backpackers challenge.
It was the second day of camp when all of us scouts decided to get up at our usually wake up time; 6:00 am. We ate breakfast quickly so we could leave and go play.
Two boys in our group (Miles and Bert) had and amazing idea for a game. Miles ties a rope around Bert's ankle with a clip, and Miles pulls as hard as he possibly can while Bert tries to remain standing. UNFORTUNATELY, I was standing a little to close to their game of----well
I don't actually know what they call it.
So as Miles tried to pull really hard, the clip broke of of Bert's ankle and came flying. TOWARDS. ME.
The metal clip hit my shins and split them open. It really hurt!
That's right. You stand a little to close to, not the brightest people, and it ends disastrous. For you.
