What Lies Within A Kingdom

Chapter Six

Ten years had past and Kaira was now fifteen that meant she was now 15 years old and was soon to be married since Nyx was finally 18 years.

Kaira had grown to be a great samurai. She wore the same black outfit just her top was a crop top and she wore a white robe like Nyx with a black belt. Kaira's hair had grown to hang beneath her bottom and her eyes had gotten even more beautiful since her  blue eyes had gone dark.

"Kaira sensei!"

Kaira turned around and saw a little girl that wore the clothes she use to wear when she first started on her training. And her hair was tide into two buns on the sides. "Hey Ten-Chu!" Kaira said and jumped down to the ground from the roof.

"Wow. Hey did you hear, did you hear?"

"Hear what?"

"Nyx and May-may is on their way back to the village."

"What?"

"Yip, wow i hadn't seen them in a while huh."

That's right. When Kaira was seven and Nyx ten. Nyx and May-may had to go on a long training time. Kaira was sad since she had decided on excepting the marriage as it is and so end up liking Nyx. Nyx and her had been spending time together even after she was done with her training. And Nyx himself had learned to like Kaira but not love just yet. But Kaira was also excited to see how they had changed and wondered if they would recognise her.

Kaira then quickly ran back to the Yamanaka house. Where she told Nyraxa of the news Ten-Chu had told her. Nyraxa then told Kaira to get ready and she would do the same, then after they would get everything ready before they arrived. Kaira then did as she was told and got ready for when May-may and Nyx arrived including Haru.

After a while Kaira was dressed. She had a white robe on, on top of the robe she wore a pink and blue Kimono. She let her long black hair hang loose till by her bottom and went over to her table where she put her hair pins. She was looking for one specific one, she found it and started to blush at the memory of the hair pin. The night before Nyx them had left, he gave her this hair pin after she had told him that she didn't like the idea of him leaving. He gave her the hair pin and on that same night shared their fist kiss together under the moonlight. She smiled and put the hair pin into her hair.

She looked herself into the mirror to see if everything was sitting perfect. As she was busy deciding if she looked fine or not, she heard Nyraxa greet voices she didn't recognise as much but except for one and that was the voice of Haru.

Kaira ran out of her room and into the dinning room where she saw Haru. Not even aware of her friends standing there , maybe because she didn't recognise them at first. "Haru!"she said and hugged her future father in law.

"Well, hello. Who may you be, are you one of Nyraxa's helpers?"

Kaira giggled and simply told Haru that it was her. Haru could not believe it and the same for May-may and Nyx since they also thought that she was one of the helpers.

"Kaira, just look at how beautiful you had gotten." May-may said and jumped onto Kaira and gave her a hug.

"May-may is this really you?" Kaira asked after examining her. May-may had grown to be a woman like her as well. Her thin body had gotten curves like her, but she was still fit like her. Her hair she had cut to hang by her back and her eyes had become even more hazel then it was before. "I should actually ask you that question, how has the training been since we weren't here?"

"Not bad."

"Yes, indeed . In fact you three are looking at another captain of the samurai." Nyraxa said with a smile.

"Wow, you had been busy." May-may continued. They then heard the door slide and when they looked it was close. May-may smiled looking at Kaira's worried face. "Don't worry Nyx isn't mad. He actually told me that he hopes he will be seeing you at the captains meetings with us."

"Wait, you're a captain too?"

"But, of cause. They need the best."

"But then , why did he leave?"

"To for fill a promise he made to us and himself."

"What promise is that?"

"That is for you to find out." Haru said from behind them.

"Now, go on. You know how he hates waiting." May-may said pushing Kaira to the door.

"But, i don't even know where he is"

"At the Cherry Blossom lake now go." And with that last push Kaira was now standing outside the house.

Kaira then went over to the Cherry Blossom lake where the two always use to train and hang out. When she got there she could not help but hold her breath. There in the distance she saw Nyx standing, he had loosen his hair to hang by his shoulders, he wore his white captain robes. Kaira tried to sneak up on him not sure if she wanted him to see her just yet, when she stepped on a twik that made a sound.

"Why, do you hasitate?"

"I'm sorry..."

"Do i frighten you?"

"No, of cause not. What would make you say that?"

Nyx then turned around and faced her. His green eyes connected with hers. She stood there a little bit far from him, suddenly she was being pushed by the Cherry Blossoms that made her bump into his chest gently.

"I'm so sorry i didn't do that."

"I know it was me."

"You,but how?"

"You pick up a few tricks there."

"Why would you do that?"she asked looking down to the ground.

"So that i can do this." Nyx then gently lifted her chin up so that she could look at him. He then slowly moving his head down to hers. Kaira's body automatically moving closer, Nyx then gently placed his lips onto hers and held it there as if to see what she was going to do. Kaira placed both her hands on his chest, letting her one hand slip beneath his robe to touch his bare skin and slide her tung into his mouth. Nyx then pulled her closer to him with his loose hand and the two stood there kissing , not even aware of the blossoms twirling around them. He then slowly took his lips away from hers and placed both his hands on her cheeks. "Oh, how i missed you."

"I missed you too."

The two was about to kiss again when May-may called them. But the two didn't move away they stood there still holding each other. "Do you wish to go?" Kaira asked him.

"No, but we must."

"Very well."she then took a step back and was about to leave, when Nyx held onto her hand. "Nyx?"

He looked at her and admired her beauty, then he walked closer to her and gave her a kiss on her forehead. "I'm alright now." The two the, went back to the house, ate  and went to their separate rooms .
