"Archangel Michael?", Arielle gasped, "What are you doing here?". "It has come to the attention of the Chamber of the Twelve that Sebastian Gabriel Lancaster was enrolled at this present Institution." Michael replied. "And why is it a priority of the Chamber of the Twelve to send their vanguard here?" "It was understood that you were briefed on the matter at hand", Michael continued. "What...matter?", Sebastian asked quite worried. "I suppose its best we sit down", replied Michael with a grim look on his face.

The group sat down on the leather sofas. As they settled themselves Michael took a deep sigh his expression growing worse. "Well then, go on" beckoned Sebastian. "As you are all aware, the Knights Templar are tasked with the protection of the realm of God's creation from the unholy. Now in the past there were no such thing as a heir-achy of families which ruled the Templars. They were one family who fought one enemy" Michael went on. "An enemy? Like Satan.", Sebastian asked. "Precisely", responded Michael.

"At the beginning of creation, there were several ranks of angels; Seraphim being the highest. Lucifer was once a member of this order and well we all know about his banishment and so on. However, his banishment wasn't the problem it was the promise he made.", Michael made a gesture and all of the drapes in the room were closed, he made another gesture and an image was conjured up. It showed a bright Utopia and angels clad in golden armour in assembly. The image then moved away to a scene which showed a form of shrine or altar and at the very top was a series of golden veils suspended around a throne.

"Father, please, I beg of you rethink your decision", Lucifer was seen talking to the figure behind the veils, his black hair cascading down his shoulders, his black eyes filled with tears. There was a silence... Then a deep yet calming voice emanated from behind the veils, "Lucifer, my son, my will is absolute, as of this moment, you are expelled from the ranks of my servants and banished to roam the realm of my creation. You are hereby stripped of your holy titles and now appointed Lucifer Morningstar, The Fallen." "FINE!", Lucifer snarled, "if that is your choice, then bear this, I will always tread on the heels of your dear creation, Adam and his sons, corrupting their hearts so that they may too, fall from grace."

Michael made another gesture and the image showed Lucifer surrounded by demons, their figured warped, covered in lesions and puss filled sores. "Lucifer fought his way to the very tip of the Nether. He appointed many powerful subordinates as the Commanders of his army." The image then showed a village bustling with farmers and butchers alike, working along in harmony when then the sky turned red and dark figures as tall and towers marched from the horizon, their hand holding weapons of chaos. They destroyed the village, murdering the folk and eating their mangled bodies. As Sebastian and Arielle looked on his horror, a thunderous sound of a battle horn filled the room.

The crusaders of sin lifted their heads to the sky. Descending from the heavens, twelve figures were seen, behind them, a golden aura. "The First Twelve", Sebastian muttered. The angels swooped down, some growing to the size of the demons, attacking with their swords, others conjured majestic beasts and forces of natures. As each demon fell, a golden pentagram was formed over their chests, causing the demons' body to crumbled like a limestone statue. The angels flew down to the ground, scouting for any survivors. One angel, rummaged throw the rubble of a house, he found the body of a woman. As he pulled the corpse of the woman he found a child, crying, mourning his mother's sacrifice. The angel took the child and flew off into the distance.

"When I found that child he was merely around the age of two, I brought him to a realm of God and entrusted him into the care of the King and Queen. He was given the name Kaiser – Emperor of God.", Michael made another gesture and showed a young boy sparring with a man, he quickly disarmed the man and threw him to the ground. The apparition changed and showed Kaiser being appointed by the King as a knight, protector of the realm and the vanguard of God on earth. As Kaiser fought on in life, he amassed a following. As time went on, Kaiser and his knights were given numerous titles, one amongst were the Knights Templar.

The Knights Templar belonged to no specific religion but only to God, his angels and messengers. They protected the sons of Adam from Lucifer's vengeance with the aid of God's angels and men alike. The angels taught the Templars how to harness magical energy that inhabited all of God's creations; called Animus, it allowed the Templars to rely on more than just steel and strength but also the forces of nature and the very power of the Angels. As Kaiser got older, he bore four sons, he gave these sons a title for which they would build a brotherhood and expand the might of the Templars; these titles were Lancaster who was sent to the British Isles, Descartes who was sent to France, Gerfried to Germany and Al Saud to his home in Arabia. As these four nations expanded their power so too did the Templars all the way into our time

Michael made another gesture and the apparition vanished and the drapes, reopened. Sebastian and Arielle sat speechless. "What does this have to do with me?", asked Sebastian. "Well as you have just learnt, your family is one of the four sons of Kaiser, whose responsibility is to protect the realm of God.", replied Michael, "It has come to the attention of the Chamber of Twelve that my brother Lucifer is planning an attack on the very sanctuary of Templars." "What sanctuary?", asked Sebastian. Almost immediately, Arielle's face went pale, "Tour Templière.", she muttered. "What?", asked Sebastian "Templar Tower, its where my family's military is stationed, its where the holy grail is located, God's root of power on earth.", Arielle replied. Sebastian looked at Michael, "Is this why you're here? You want me to fight with you? I'm not even trained", he asked. "Don't you find it weird that your family has a weapon considered to be to most powerful of all heaven's steel? You don't find it weird that your father possesses power beyond any angel like power, the direct opposite of your mother's?" Michael stood up his figure seemed to take up the entire room, "And you, Sebastian Amadeus Lancaster, a product of their union, a union of the two forces which fight in a battle as old as creation itself?" Michael walked up to Sebastian and looked at him straight into his eyes, "Will you join in the fight against Lucifer as protector of the realm and awakening of Kaiser himself?" As Michael finished his request, the doors of the room were violently pushed opened and stepped in Regulus, his face as stern as ever, "Lord Michael". Michael turned towards his addressor and smiled, "Regulus, it would seem I have gotten lost...again". "And found yourself into my grandson's dorm...with a guest", said Regulus as he noticed Arielle's presence. Regulus glanced at Arielle and then back to Michael and entered the room were four of the school's knights, "Lord Michael, let us continue this meeting in my office, yes?". Michael gave a small bow and replied, "Of course". The group excluding Sebastian walked toward the door and out of the room. Sebastian saw them out, quite confused. He waved at Arielle as the group entered the elevator and descended into the belly of the clock tower.

Sebastian closed the door and stood in solitude and muttered under his breath, "Why is it always me?" Sebastian went over to his bed and sat with a thud, he removed his boots and laid back looking at the ceiling. He got up and went into his satchel and pulled out a photo. In the middle of the picture was a young Sebastian, smiling from ear to ear and on the sides of him were his father and mother. His mother had blonde hair with loose curls, her blue eyes fixated at Ignatius', a perfect photo of a short-lived perfect family. Sebastian looked and the photo with tears forming in his eyes, "I miss you."
