"Aaron?"I asked while walking into his room. It was completely different. He turned around looking at me with a glare.

"What do you want?"He snapped while continuing whatever he was doing. I sat next to him on the bed.

"I wanna talk. Look I know I've changed and I haven't been there with you, but I'm sorry. And it's hard for me to explain why I left but I just want to talk"

"You know how much you hurt me. Hurt us? Do you even know?"Aaron asked. I sighed. Aaron and I were the closest.

"Yes. I never intended on doing so. I just needed time to get away. Just bad things happened to me and I couldn't deal with myself"

"Does that explain why you use to cry in your room every night? I kinda felt like it was my fault that you left. You used to cry and I would just sit outside your room not doing anything"Aaron sniffed.

"Oh no A, it's not your fault at all. Other people hurt me. It's not your fault"I sighed. I pulled him in a hug. "Are we cool?"

"We cool fam"He smiled while continuing whatever. I looked down at what he was sketching.

"Who's that?"I asked.

"This girl I like"

"This is really good A, once you show her she bound to fall in love with you."I giggled. He smiled showing off his teeth.

It was quiet, but not awkward.

"Pip?"He asked while looking up at me.

"Yes Aaron"

"I love you"He smiled. I smiled back while tilting my head.

"I love you too"

"So what made you want to dye your hair?"He asked while drawing on his little pad. I shrugged.

"Needed a change." I looked at my phone and sighed. "Well I'm going to go get my drivers license. Mom is taking me. You can tag along if you want"

"Nah I'm good."

I nodded standing up about to walk out the door.

"Hey Pip?"

"Yes Aaron"

"Are you moving back in with us"He asked. I shook my head and his face saddened. I sighed and walked out meeting my mom at the bottom of the stairs.

"How did it go?"Alisha asked.

"It went good actually. Mom I'm ready"

I got my license! This moment I was car shopping with my mom. We looked at few before I sighed holding my stomach.

"Uh, that cookie is getting to me"

"You not pregnant is you?"She asked. I shook my head.

"The only encounter I had was with well"I started but then stopped. Mom grabbed my hand giving me a reassuring smile.

"Hey Piper, look at him"

"Mom I told you to stop re- woah"I smiled looking at the beautiful ass man in front of me. "He's cute"

"I know. Go talk to him."

"Uh no! The guy is suppose approach the girl not the other way around"I laughed. I went lo king at more cars until I felt a presence behind me.

"Hey"A deep voice said. I turned around.

"Oh uh hey"I replied seeing my mom in the back. He was cute. Dark skinned, nice teeth.

"So what's your name?"He asked.

"Uh Piper, how about you?"

"Tyler"

I nodded. His looks were great, but he didn't give me that feeling that I get when I was around Josh. It's hard telling myself that Josh played me, but I can't get over him for some reason.

"So uhh how are you?"I asked.

"Good. What about you"

This conversation was getting awkward.

"Good"

"I just want to say that you are very beautiful"He blurted out. I blushed tucking my curly hair behind my ear.

"Thank you. Um how old are you?"

"20. You?"

"18 going on 19"
