There was so much to see in Vancouver I was so tempted to see the sights but I promised I would visit my relatives, I travelled to their house in a taxi and I said hello but got out of there quickly because I didn't want to wait around and isten to the stories of my parents and their childhood so I left. I finally went to see the sights I went to the maritime museum and looked out from the lookouts and tomorrow I would take a helicopter ride over the city and I would take the famous train ride through the Canadian rockies but I headed back to the hotel. I was feeling drowsy and I muttered about how tired I was. I rode the elevator and headed for my room when I noticed that I was being watched. A woman was looking at me through a crack of her door. "Hello." I say bleakly. She opened the door and looked at me.
"Hello." she says quietly.
"I guess we're neighbours." I say again
"Yeah, nice meeting you." she mumbled. And started heading back to her room.
"Wait! I didn't catch your name!" I say.
"You won't be here long enough to know my name." I think I heard her mumble again and she creeps into her room and closes the door. "What was that about?" I mutter to myself. I put the key in my hole and it doesn't open. I rattle the doorknob. Then I realise it's the wrong door. "Piss off!" I hear a scratchy voice say from inside.
"I'm sorry! I got the wrong door." I yell. Then I hear footsteps coming towards the door and it opens. A old man that smelt like strongly like spirits appears in front of me. I resist the urge to retch at the stench of this man. "You are?" he says rudely. The stench of his breath is awful.
"I'm just a neighbour, staying for 2 weeks." I say.
"You'll be dead in 2 days." he mumbled at least that's what I thought he said.. Then he shut his door in my face. "What the Hell?" I mutter again finding my door, opening it and I crash on the bed and fall asleep.
