One gloomy night on a full moon, the water glistened in the moonlight. Out of nowhere the water started bubbling and steaming so fast I could barely see myself. It started pulling me in and in, into a tornado of water; what happens if something really bad will happen after this? Will I be lost? Gone forever? I was trying to pull away from the force that was sucking me in, but it was too strong. I was whirled around and around until I saw the last of the glowing moon.
I woke up in room that I couldn’t describe, it had a glittering pool of water in front of me, and some gems, ruby’s, crystals, and emeralds all in another corner, it was the most beautiful sight I had ever seen in my life, all of them glowing and shining in the moonlight from the hole in the top of this enclosure. I then realized I was in a…a….volcano! I hope there is a way out; I don’t even know how I got in here anyway seeing that I woke up knowing nothing. I walked over to the Gems and I saw something beneath all of them, it was a beautiful silver locket. It had a picture of a girl my age in this very pool. On the back of the locket it had engraved, 1952. Amazing! That was like 62 years ago, she could still be alive! I put the locket around my neck so I can take it back with me, if I ever get back!
I ducked my head in the pool of water and opened my crystal blue eyes, I then saw some coral..fish, and shells? I flipped my head back out of the water and wondered why there was all of that in the pool. I was so puzzled I thought I must go swim to what I saw. I jumped in and then dived under. There was an arc of a rock before the things I saw before; I swam under it and I then appeared to be in the ocean. Now it’s all making sense to why there was coral and fish! Why didn’t I think of that before? I’m smarter than this! Maybe this pool of water has some power over me. I swam passed the arc but something stopped me from going any further. I swam back to the pool and sat on the rock ledge in the pool, I kept on thinking it felt like I was being watched. Then I heard, a scrabble of pebbles move about 4 metres away from me, I immediately popped my head up and looked at what it was, it was her.
