"I'm not going."

The car suddenly stopped in the middle of the street.

"What?" They all said in shock.

I smiled. "This IS my last chance."

I unlocked the door since I'm sitting beside the door and I started to get out, "Susunod ako sa London. Good luck, Efida." and I closed the door.

I started to run. Heading to where I think he'll be. It was still raining but I didn't care about it. People were looking at me. Confused. I still ran.

And as I reached it. I saw him.

* * *

She wanted to feel how it feels.. na mahalin ng taong mahal mo.

She wanted to feel how it feels.. na kahit isang beses ay siya ang piliin.

She wanted to feel how it feels.. na may taong nandiyan para sakanya.

She wanted to be someone's someone.

She walked towards the bridge. Where everything changed, where she felt how it feels to have someone, where she felt everything she wanted to feel, where she met him.

She stopped. Looking at his back which was facing her. Tears started to fall. Her heart started to ache.. then she continued walking. She did her best, stopped her tears, ignored her aching heart, she did what she wanted to do a long time ago.

She was afraid, hurt, both at the same time. She waited for this moment. She wanted this to happen.

Then he suddenly looked at her. With tear-stained face, looking at her intently. He smiled and waited for her to reach him.

"End.." He said.

She smiled, hearing his deep voice. She wanted to stay longer but she can't. Because there's only one thing she wanted to happen.

"I've always wanted to ask you this, Night." She smiled bitterly.

But her tears betrayed her. They started to fall. They started to flow like the river. She never wanted him to witness that. She never wanted him to know that her heart was aching. She was barely breathing. Directly looking at him with her tears falling. But there is this three letters, one word, the question she always wanted to ask.

"Why? Why not me, Night? Am I that bad?"

He shook his head. He stood up, facing End. He smiled, thinking she didn't leave him. She stayed.

"It was always you, Endice."

END

"It's not too late to tell someone how you feel. Who knows? That may be your last chance."
