The Sokovia Accords

A/N

Instead of going straight to Transformers Age of Extinction, I will be doing the events of Captain America: Civil War.  The Young Avengers will be on Team Cap, and if you watch Ultimate Spiderman, the Spider-Man's first Shield team will be in this story. They will be on Team Ironman. But, I assure you, I will go to Transformers when Civil War is done.

Also, Tony did make Eagle her mechanical wings like falcon's. This story takes place 4 months after Chicago.

Captain America/Steve pov (After the incedent) 

     We returned to the Avengers base, after our mission was complete. We were going about with our day, when Tony said someone wanted to meet with us. It was a representative from the UN, he showed us videos of our past battles. After that he told us," The UN wanted you to sign the Sokovia Accords, the documents that would have the military control Avengers missions."

When he was done I argued," But, what if we need to go somewhere and you won't let us, that could risk too many lives because the government didn't think we were needed."

Sharon added," And how do we know we can trust the government, after what happened to Shield? They were taken over by Hydra, the same could happen to the government."

Tony then said," I think we should sign it."

We all looked at Tony, and  Falcon said," You of all people agree with this."

Tony said," We need be put in check."

He got up and brought up a picture of a person," This is Charles Spencer. He wanted to be an engineer. He went to Sokovia to build homes for those who needed it. He died, he could've done many things with his life, and now he doesn't have that chance."

I then got a text on my phone. It said, Peggy had died in her sleep. I look over at Sharon and mouthed," Peggy."

She nodded and got up, I told everyone we needed to go. Then, we left to go to the funeral.

Sharon pov

We went to the funeral, and I sat in the second row. I saw Steve was carrying her casket with a few others I didn't know. When he set it down he came and sat beside me, I already had a few tears in my eyes and he asked," You ok?"

"Yeah, it's just, well, she's my mother on my dimension."

"I always wondered, why did you never go see her when I did?"

"Well, I guess it would've been weird to know you had a daughter in another dimension."

"That's true."

The ceremony went on and it was soon over. I walked over to talk to the woman who spoke. I told her," That was a great speech."

"Thanks. So how do you know her?"

"Well, it's complicated, but I'm friends with Steve Rogers."

"Oh, well, I'm Sharon Carter, I'm Peggy's great niece."

"I'm Sharon Rogers, nice to meet you."

"Wait, you're Sharon Rogers. That's why you look familiar, I read the Shield files. That explains wh your relation with Peggy was complicated."

"You work at Shield?"

"Yeah, it's nice to meet you officially."

"You too."

Steve came over and told me, we needed to go to go. I said goodbye to Sharon and we left.

Black Widow/Natasha pov

I arrived at the UN meeting, and I walked around till I was greeted by someone. "Hello, you're Natasha Romanov, right."

"Uh, yeah, that's me."

"My name is T'Challa."

"It is nice to meet you, T'Challa."

"Likewise."

We talked for a bit then went to our seats when the meeting started. When the representative from Wakanda was talking, suddenly there was an explosion. I saw T'Challa run towards his father but was pushed back by the shockwave. I was getting up and T'Challa was also, he immediately ran to his father. His father was too close to the explosion and had died. I was outside when I heard the reporters say," It is believed the Winter Soldier was responsible for this act of terrorism."
