Zuko came to rescue her.Katara didn't trust him but she had no choice.After she was rescued, they started being good friends.And in months Zuko proposed.(Zuko and Mai broke up months ago)"Katara,will you marry me" "Yes, yes I will marry you Zuko" Katara said.But Mai became very jelous.So one night she went up to Katara's room and tried to kill her.But when she woke up screaming Zuko came and no one but Katara was there.After a few days of trying to find Mai, Katara found her across a lake with a knife.Katara yelled "DON'T DO IT!" but it was too late.When she swam across the lake Mai told her that she was sorry.And right at the moment that Katara thought she was dead,Mai sprung with the knife and tried to kill her.After a few struggles, Katara kicked her in the lake and Mai hit her head on a rock.And this time she was really dead.Katara went running and crying to the palace and told Zuko what happened.But after a few months, it was Katara's birthday.And they had a big celebration.And forgot all about Mai.
