Chapter 3.

(Juliet's Pov)

Me and my best friend Rose were walking down the streets of California.

Two guys passed us with penny boards with these two boys behind them.

Those two boys stopped right in front of us.

I eyed them cautiously, they looked about my age.

One had brunette hair and the other one had blonde hair.

I was about to say something but the blonde one cut me off by saying.

"I know this may be random, and I know you barely know us. But you two are really pretty and caught our eyes and we were wondering if you would um maybe like to uh hang out with us?"

The blonde one stuttered asking shyly.

I looked at Rose then looked back to the boys.

"Sure why not" I spoke looking at my friend Rose.

"But we were about to go eat lunch, I'm starving" rose said.

"Me to, LET'S GO GET FOOD!"

The brunette one yelled.

I was walking in front of Rose and the blonde guy talking to the brunette one, he was asking what my favorite food and colour was.

I told him my name and he told me his.

"I'm Carter and that's Matthew behind us with your friend" he smiled.

After 15 minutes of getting to know each other we arrived at in-n-out burger.

We ordered our food and went and sat down at a table.

I sat beside Carter and across from Rose.

Rose was sitting beside Matthew and across from me.

I took a bite out of my burger waiting for someone to start a conversation.

"Do guys like live in California or just visiting?" Rose decided to blurt a random question for the boys to answer.

"Well, we're just visiting since we have this tour thing we do called Magcon."

Matthew answered.

"What's Magcon?" Rose asked Matt.

"It's a thing where me, Carter and a bunch of other viners go on tour to meet our fans." He answered with a proud smile.

"That sounds fun! I think I've heard about it somewhere like on twitter or something." Rose said to Matthew.

"So why are you in California?" Matthew asked Rose.

"Your accent doesn't sound American." He continued.

Rose laughed.

"Wait I have an accent?" She asked Matthew.

"Yeah it kinda sounds like Shawn's." Matthew said looking at Carter.

"It does! Are you Canadian or something?" Carter asked her.

"Yeah, I'm just here visiting my friend." Rose answered referring to me.

"Ohhhh okay." Matthew said nodding his head and taking a bite out of his burger.

After we finished eating we stood up from our table and headed outside.

"We should go to the beach or something it's beautiful out." Rose said admiring the Cali weather.

"We should!" Matthew chirped agreeing with Rose.

We all agreed to go to the beach but we would have to stop by the swim suit shop first.
