Jimin's POV
"Jung Kook ah... I'm going to do it."
"Huh?"
"I am going to confess to him. Sure I said that he's not the one but I need to do it so I can move on."
Jung Kook sighed, "Up to you then. Stay strong..."
*Time Skip (After school)*
Jae Bum's POV
Youngjae and I walked out of school hand in hand and saw Jimin and Jungkook waiting for us in front of the school gate.
"Jimin, Jung Kook! Hi!!" Youngjae greeted.
"What took you guys so long..." Jimin snarled.
"Chill, we're just 5 minutes late, calm down." I said, "So where's Jackson?"
"His fencing coach held him back so I came instead." Jung Kook explained and I nodded.
"Ohh, let's go then." Youngjae dragged me and led us forward.
"So first of all, what kind of things does your mother like? He asked as he turned around, walking backwards.
"Yah! Walk properly, Jae ah! That's dangerous." I grabbed him shoulders and forced him to face to the front.
"It's not dangerous as long as you're with me, okay? Also, I'm not a kid. I know my ways." He whined.
I rolled my eyes and Jung Kook laughed at us, "Youngjae, he's just doing his duty as a boyfriend. Keeping his lover safe is his first priority. Gotta appreciate him XD."
"I know..." Youngjae said, the corners of his lips slid upwards.
Jung Kook's POV
Jimin's been real quiet ever since we left school. I was aware that he's uncomfortable hanging around his crush and his crush's boyfriend.
I whispered to him, "Hey, why don't we just leave these two alone and we'll buy the gift ourselves, hm?"
"I was thinking on confessing later." He whispered back.
"That fast? How though?"
"Maybe when Youngjae wants to use the washroom."
"Wouldn't Jae Bum follow him? I mean Jae Bum wouldn't just let him go alone, considering how dangerous the world has become."
"Then why don't you try to bring Jae Bum elsewhere. All I need to do is confess and that's it, it'll take around a minute. I'm not even joking."
Bring Jae Bum elsewhere? That's going to be hard. Jae Bum and I aren't even close...
"I'll try."
We've reached to the shopping mall and Youngjae and his boyfriend were in front of us, linking arms. I envy them. I really do. I really want to do all those sorts of stuff with Jimin.
I didn't want to be so obvious that I like Jimin. Also, he's all brokenhearted now. I should support him from his heartache for now. After that, I'll try to make him love me.
"Oh yeah, Jung Kook. You didn't answer my question from before. What kind of things does your mom like?" Youngjae questioned.
"Hmm, nowadays, she's into Darren Shan's books. She has only bought The City series. So I've thought of buying some of his books for her?" He replied.
"Darren Shan?! Dude, I love his books." Youngjae beamed, "Especially Lady of the Shades. I really recommend that book. It's really amazing!!! Mann, the ending was great!"
"Really? I guess I'll get that one."
"That settles it then, we'll part ways after we buy the book." Jae Bum said.
Jimin immediately panicked after hearing that.
"Hey, let's hang out for a little while longer." I said
Hearing upon that, Jb frowned. "What for?"
"Jaebum ah, don't be so rude. Let's just grab some lunch and we'll start our date, okay?" Youngjae tried to convince him and it worked. Jae Bum didn't fight back and obediently nodded his head.
Woah.
So, we've finally reached the book store and before we got to enter, I gave a light push onto Youngjae and he spilled his iced tea all over his uniform.
"Oh shit, sorry. I accidentally tripped over my own feet." I apologized, pretending to feel bad.
"It's okay, it's okay. I'll try to wash them off. You guys go ahead without me. I'll come over in a few minutes." He said and ran to the washroom.
Jae Bum wanted to go after him but I held him back, shaking my head and signaled Jimin to go instead.
"What the fuck are you doing, Jong Kook! I know you did that on purpose!" Slapping my hand away, he yelled at me.
"Lower down your voice, Jae Bum. People are looking."
"I don't give a damn about that. I'm-"
"Jimin's going to confess to Youngjae..." I said.
