- Death, can be immediate or delayed based on the terms of the crime.
- Removal of Powers, will occur when rules three-five (may change) are broken more than twice.
- Only the House Elder has the power to decide the legality of a crime within their family, and how it will be concluded.
- Witch on witch crimes, family or not, will result in a public trial and banishment.
- If magic is used on humans, unprovoked, then the witch(es) at fault will be stripped of their powers.
- Humans, must not harm witches, in any way. If this is broken, the human(s) at fault will be subject to death.
