I change into a short black dress. I do my makeup and tie my hair up in a messy bun. I step out my room. "Hey, you must be their new sister!" A strange, pretty girl talks to me. "That's me. Ruby. And you are...?" I ask.
"Amy. Gavin's girlfriend. Just so you know, your gorgeous." I flinched at who she is but gulp it down. He is my brother now.Knock Knock. There goes the door. I wave to Amy and despite wearing my favourite shiny black heels, I rush downstairs and open the door. "Wow. You look great.." Christian grins. I blush. "You don't look too bad yourself:" I smile. Christian puts an arm round me and walks me to his car. Car? His? I lied. A long white stretch limousine sits in front of me. I squeal. "It's just for us." He whispers. Something about his voice gives me goosebumps. He notices and removes his arm. He opened the limousine's door like a real gentleman and I sit down. He slams the door shut and I immediately lay on his shoulder. The chauffeur (how posh and rich is Christian?) starts to drive. Christian is staring into my eyes and my butterflies are there. "So.." He says leaning on closer to me. I budge up closer to him in my seat. "So..." I say. "Your really gorgeous..." He says, with a hand on my cheek and a hand on my shoulder. I budge up more and our face's have just half a millimetre gap. I breath heavily and so does he. He lips brush mine, and I find myself snogging him. He fiddled with my jacket and takes it off. Thank his the chauffeur is in a different room. He kisses me hard and pushes me against the seat. Suddenly my phone pings. He sits back as if nothing happened, but he looks pleased with himself. I grab my phone and stare guiltily at the text. It's from Justin.
Justin: Hey gorgeous, missing you.
Christian looks at my worried face. "Are you ok?" I just nod. I ignore my messages and cuddle back into Christians shoulder, until we finally arrive at the party. I am welcomed by the squad. Christian puts an arm round me and hugs me tight. I let him as I just stroll casually into the party. I have a text from that nice Amy girl, asking to meet up tommorow for a coffee. I text sure. I haven't got anything to lose, have I? I step into the party. The party was terrible. Eventually I just walked out of boredom. I lay down on the stairs and watched the smallest star. I imagined Tia sliding down it, making it her home. Tears fall from my eyes as I think of my precious little darling. I saw a piece of glass sitting on the floor. I looked at my wrists and gulped. No. Don't do it. I walked off, but I kept turning back and looking at the glass. I walked home. I found myself in my room. I looked at my scissors I had used to cut open a shoe box. I glared at the razors as I peed. When I walked downstairs, the knives were calling out my name. I started to cry. I went to lay on the sofa. Tears poured so much, and I realised how empty I was. How lifeless I felt. Why, oh why Tia? Why did you have to leave me? I grabbed my phone and starting looking at all the photos I have of her. I cry at each one, it's just too much. My best friend killed herself. So why can't I just try to accept it? All I know is I have to stop other people to do it. On google, I start to apply to be a therapist. I don't know why I do it. To help people like Tia. To stop people from making the biggest and last mistake of their life. Slowly, I text Landon to tell him I'm safe at home and to tell the others I'm sorry. I don't bother to walk upstairs. I lay down and cuddle into the sofa and fall into a deep sleep.
