Chase lived up to his word. After ending the call with him, he showed up 15 minutes later at my front doorstep. "Hey," I said awkwardly, opening the door. I started to nibble on my bottom lip out of habit. I do it everytime I get nervous. "You're nervous." He pointed out. "Listen Reece," he started, but I stopped him by standing on my tip-toes and pressing my lips against his. I think this is a pretty good attempt of telling him how I feel, right? He seemed shocked at first, but quickly wrapped his hands around my waist to pull me closer. I pulled back and layed my head on his. "No more sorries. Chase, I want this. I want you." I whispered. He gave me his heart-stopping smile and leaned in closer. "You have no idea how long I've waited to hear that," he chuckled. I started laughing too. He swiftly closed the proximity of our lips by pushing me closer so I fell into him. This kiss wasn't just a sweet little peck. This was a I want you kiss. Our lips started moving in perfect sync.

All of a sudden Chase picked me up and moved me over to the couch, our lips never moving. This is what I wanted, but so much more. By the way he was kissing me, I figured he wanted it too. He placed me gently on the couch. No matter what, this boy knew how to be a gentlemen. He pulled back, hovering over me. He just stared at me intently. "What?" I asked, feeling a blush creep up on my neck. "I just can't get over how beautiful you are," he said, making my heart rate pick up to a thousand beats per second. I didn't know what to do but to bite my bottom lip and blush like crazy. He leaned in closer, his breath grazing my ear. "I may be a gentlemen, but if you bite your lip again, I'm calling all hats off." He whispered, nibbling on my ear as he did so. He knew how to drive me crazy. Plus that stupid country accent could lure any girl in.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him down. As soon as our lips met, I felt an electric shock go through my stomach. It happened everytime he kissed me. All of a sudden, he pulled back, looking as out of breath as me. "Maybe we should stop now," he quickly said. "Um yeah," I replied, raising up and sitting down right. Chase grabbed my hand I turned his way. I felt like those green eyes could burn a hole right through me. "Reece, it's not that I don't want to, but I don't want to get too excited." He replied shamefully. I was about to ask him want he meant, but then I knew exactly what he saying. I couldn't believe I had that effect on him. On Chase Freaking Nelson. How lucky was I?

I looked back up at Chase. He those pretty green eyes held my stare. I jumped up and held my hand out. "Let's go to my room and watch a movie?" I asked. Once I realized how suggestive that sounded, I quickly added, "Just to watch a movie." I felt a furious blush creep up onto my cheeks. Just being around him, he still had that effect on me. "How could I say no to you?" He chuckled, grabbing my hand and hoisting himself up from the couch. We went upstairs and I turned on my TV. We ended up watching this wrangler movie that Chase insisted was good. Which of course he would because wrangling horses is his passion. And job for that matter. In all honesty, it wasn't half bad of a movie.

About and hour into it, I started to get sleepy. I was propped up against my headboard with Chase next to me, but I layed my down on his chest and closed my eyes. "You could stay over," I mumbled, already half asleep. "Its already almost 5, and I don't want to be alone tonight." I didn't bother looking up at his face. I was way too tired. He placed a soft kiss on my forehead and whispered, "Anything for you Princess." I felt his arm wrap around my waist til it was at a comfortable place. "Goodnight Beautiful," Chase softly said as he threw one of my extra blankets over us. He was so comfortable. "Goodnight Chasey," I said, right before I drifted into a deep sleep I've not had in a while.

"REECE KENNEDY JOHNSON!" I heard someone shout from downstairs, which made me jolt awake from my deep sleep. I quickly realized that it was Clay. If Clay was home, that meant Cole was, and I still have Chase in my bed! "Reece! Get down here now!" Cole exclaimed, I could hear his footsteps coming up the stairs, followed by Clay's. "Chase! Wake up!" I whispered/screamed at him while I shook his chest. "Reece? What's goin on?" He yawned. That sleepy voice was getting me. I was tempted just to keep him here. I snapped out of my daze quickly. "The boys are home! And they sound pissed. You have about 2.5 seconds to get up and outta here." I saw a flash of fear cross Chase's face and he shot out of my bed and put his shoes on. "Reece! Open the door!" Clay exclaimed as he beat on my bedroom door. It looked like he was about to knock it off the hinges.

"Just a minute!" I shouted to the boys, trying to buy us some time. I looked around my room. The only places Chase could go was either out the balcony or in my closet. "Closet or Out and over the balcony. Your pick." I quickly said, getting out of bed. "Reece we're not playing! Open up!" Cole and Clay said in unison. "Chase this is life or death! Which one!" I said to him. Low enough so they boys wouldn't here. "Go grab the key to her door so we can open it from mom and dad's room." I heard Clay say to Cole. Then I heard footsteps going towards our parents room. Chase was looking at me like a deer caught in headlights. It was sort of funny the way he was so scared of my brothers. I heard Cole's footsteps coming back and I remembered our current situation. "Chase! Closet now!" I quietly screamed at Chase and  he obeyed my orders.
