"What is that?" Diana asked me, looking down.
I don't know what she was looking at....
But then I realized.
"Oh! Oh, this? This is a watch. It-It uh tells time. Y'know, when to eat, sleep, get ready for work, that kind of stuff."
Diana laughed, stepping a bit closer as I covered up my body.
"You let this thing... tell you what to do?" she said, still giggling a bit.
"Um... yeah. Basically." I replied, not knowing what else to say. Diana was really strange, counting that she had the look as if she'd never seen a watch before.
"Hey.. Can I um.. ask you a few questions?" I asked, putting on my pants. Diana nodded, sheepishly smiling.
"Where are we.. exactly?" I asked.
"Themyscira."
"I know, I already got that but like.. Where are we? Who are you people? How come y-you don't know what a watch is? And why do you speak English so well?" I was asking too any questions so I stopped myself.
"We are able to speak many different languages. And it is our prime duty to protect the world as Amazons." Diana answered.
"Amazons, huh?" I added, buttoning up my shirt and putting on my coat. She nodded.
"Well, what are you here for? You didn't come here just to answer some questions I had." I said, looking at Diana.
"I came here to escape and help you." Diana said. I almost laughed and took it as a joke, but I realized that she wasn't joking.
"Oh..." I said.
