The night was creeping up, moving faster, as Sasha sat in her lovely penthouse deck with a thousand things on her mind. And yet getting back to work was the last thing on her mind, but someone the dreamer in her wouldn’t let go.  How one can be a successful lawyer with a practice of her own, all the while the biggest dreamer, the world would never know, but somehow she pulled through. “Alright, Sasha, get your shit together, it’s time to work.” She preached “still, with the self-talk, my therapist will have a field day with this one.” She giggled

Four hours later

A shower was all she could do to take the rank smell of today off of her after a tough day at work, and an hour workout with Ryan and Liam she had about had enough of this day. Kate, her girlfriend of four years was working late tonight, and she couldn’t for the life of her stop thinking of how she wanted to pop the question. Not the ‘will you marry me’ question, although if it led to that she Sasha wouldn’t be opposed, no, she really wanted a child. After years of law school and beginning her practice she finally felt it was time to get things settled down, so to speak. Especially a child with her beautifully smart girlfriend who happened to be an extremely smart, blonde hair, blue eyed, doctor, but not only that she could light up any room and make anyone fall in love with her just by smiling. ‘Man, if only I had found her fifteen years ago, my life would have been perfect.’ Instead, Sasha spent the first year of her coming out to herself; in pure worry at. She had known all along what she was, but it took eighteen years to except and another year before she actually acted on it. Not only was she just deciding to except her ‘sin’ she met the she devil of her dreams.  She was picture perfect with long dark curly hair, long tan legs, and deep sea green eyes you could fall into. And, boy did Sasha ever.

It was a warm early November in the southern states, so going for her morning jog was quite comfortable. Sasha knew going to a new trail would be an awful idea that is until I saw this beautiful woman out of the corner of my eye. she may not have been out, but she knew she just had to talk to her. There was no way Sasha was foing to pass up this goddess like woman. Sasha, ever the woman of subtlety trips and falls into her. 'klutz’ I thought. “OMG, I am so sorry, I am usually not such a complete moron please forgive me” Sasha said blushing furiously. ‘Shit, she seems pissed.’ “It’s fine! It’s not like I was trying to run or anything” the beauty say red in the face though from anger or exhaustion, only God knew. “Well, I said I’m sorry would you like to run ahead of me, so maybe my awful ability to run in a straight line isn’t a burden to you?” “Hah, you mean so you can stare at my ass? Don’t think I didn’t see you glance over” smirking knowingly. ‘Damn she caught me. Quick say something. Wait is she gay? Oh fuck, she can’t know, shit, shit, shit, she’s staring. Maybe I should just leave.’ “Would you like to have lunch with me?” ‘Fuck, I didn’t mean to say that’ “I mean, only if you want, as payment for bulldozing over you” Sasha backtracks.  ‘How can I be such an idiot, she’s so not into you, unless. . .’ The Godess in front of Sasha is speaking when she finally realizes she is getting what she had wanted. “. . . of course we can do lunch, I never say no to a free meal, especially with that of good company. Now, if we are done I’d like to get back to my jog, it seems I have a date to make with a gorgeous girl with big brown eyes” she commanded playfully with a wink. ‘Oh my . . . did that really just happen. Dear God I hope she was being for real but, for now I need to catch up she was right when she saw me staring, and I mean who wouldn’t.’
