Chapter 1 - Wait, What?

Coltons POV

I've paced this hospital for about 3 hours now. She was dead. The love of my life, dead.

What do I do? I have 3 kids.

I heard commotion coming from her room. Things were being knocked over. I ran over to see what on earth was going on and that's when I saw her.

I looked into her big, bright beautiful blue eyes.

"Colton, are you going to help me find my clothes so I can go see my children? Or what?"

I was astonished.

"You-I-What?" I was so confused.

I started screaming for a doctor and they came running in, each person that came in the door looked as if they saw a ghost.

"What the hell? Something must have happened? Nurse! Go pull that paper work from being processed, NOW!" The Doctor screamed.

She was alive, Maddie was alive.

I've never been so happy. I helped her change and then we took her down to see the children.

All three beautiful babies laid in their incubators asleep and content.

"Maddie, you died."

"Yes, I know. But, okay, so, the moon goddess saw me and told me it was not my time, so she sent me back."

I laughed and leaned over a kissed her. I kissed her harder than I ever had and more passionate.

I almost lost her, but she's back and that is all that matters.

They let us leave and take the children home that night.

We drove home in the Cadillac and when we pulled in Jaime and Brianna were there, waiting.

They helped us carry the baby carriers into the nursery and Brianna and Maddie put them to bed.

I was ecstatic.

Now we could start our lives with our children.
