"You are going L.A with Derek? I knew you guys liked each other but going on a vacation; that too for a week or two is just crossing my mind."
"We aren't gon'na be like that there."
"Oh really? That's a vacation, you said it yourself."
I decided to let her tease though I knew Derek was not onto me. He loves Rachael. I just needed a break and as a girl; a security point. So I needed a guy. He's a friend. Derek had called earlier and told that he made two tickets for L.A on 3 days later. I was not much excited as for I had to be; maybe that was also a side effect of my self-made syndrome.
"How's idea was it for L.A?" Alexa asked.
"Well, Derek." I said as if it was partially my idea too.
"Aha, nice choice he's got. Don't you have any suggestions?"
"Nope. It doesn't quite feel like putting suggestions on now. I just need a break; be it in L.A, be it in the Hell."
"Erm, that's quite rude to compare L.A to hell."
"Done so. As you think."
Just pass the three days, I needed to be on the flight, that's all.
