Torn Between Two (Magcon Shawn & Cam FanFic)

Prologue

"Mum?" The shattering voice of the six year old girl stumbled,

"Gabriella, not now! Go to your room!" Her mothers voice yelled, pushing the young figure away from her. A tall shadow came in close contact.

"Now Gabby!" The horrid sound of her mothers voice cried, terrifying the girl.

She ran and did what she was told, running into her room and locking the door, not knowing what was happening.

"Stop!" The continuous cries of her mother spoke.

Gabriella hid, trying to escape the noises coming from the living room. Suddenly there was a thud, followed by a big enormous bang. Her heart was pacing so fast it couldn't keep up with her breathing, warm salty tears escaped the eyes of the young child. Sobbing silently, trying to keep quiet. Rocking herself back and forth with her head placed on her knees, she cried more. Until everything seemed to go silent, too silent. Like something was about to happen.

She heard huge murky footsteps of her father walk towards her door, looking closer she saw the shadow of his boots. She quickly glanced to the handle. Looking at it as it moved aggressively and fast, nerves hit the pit of her stomach as she watched and waited. Unable to move from her position she froze, the door suddenly came crashing down as her father stood there. Blood shot eyes and fingers clenched, he walked over to the child. Grabbing her by the wrist and pulling her from the bed. Sirens filled her surroundings as it echoed through her small ears.

"Gabriella!" Her mother's soft voice said.

"Mum!" Gabriella replied shocked to see her lying on the floor.

 Red blood stains the titles as she gets dragged along through the back door, her father evilly laughs and slams the door shut, startling her. She stares back and knows from that moment it would be the last of her seeing her mother.

From that day she never saw her mum again... She loved her mum, but she's gone and never coming back, she knows the truth but is too afraid to tell anyone. Afraid that they'll judge her, her past may be over, but it still remains deep inside, never forgotten and still the same.
