Kirby's POV
I'm barely waking up. I have to be at LA in 7 hours. I get up and see I was texted. 6 different notifications from the same group:
PykitX: Hey y'all, I just got to the airport.
Emilyyy: Me to! Hope you're safe
JustMeErica: I've never been on a fucking plane.
PykitX: Same, but we have to turn off our internet and stuff. I'll see y'all later.
Emilyyy: Byeee!
Sky [NICE]: I only hate them during storms, and byee!
I don't respond, but I go into the kitchen, passing by my roommate, Rewind. He was in his pajamas, a black shirt, and some sweat shorts. "Hey, you ready for the drive to LA?" he says, with some exhaust in his voice. It was obvious he barely woke up, but he tried to hide it by drinking coffee. "Yeah. But since you are awake first you can drive." I replied making it obvious I was going to sleep during the drive. "No, I have important things I need to to." He responded. "Fine, but you're paying for gas, since I had to pay for the house we're all staying in."
"Who are we staying with exactly?" He asked. I just remembered he has met any of my friends. Well other then Eevee, and Lisie. "Oh just some friends I know." I said, hoping he'd stop asking questions. "Oh, ok well, I'm going to go shower. I'll be ready to leave in an hour" He said as he gets up and starts walking to his room.
I open the fridge, and grab the milk. I open the pantry and pull out cereal. I pour some and begin eating it. I scroll through Twitter checking out what happening that day. I don't see much happening into the world. Just some news about Vidcons panels. Then I remembered, I'm gonna be in a panel.
Rewind's POV
I walk up to take shower. I grab some jeans, and a t-shirt. I walk over to my shower and turn it to heat. I stand there waiting for the shower to heat up. I get in and shower. I put my clothes on and walk to my room. I wasn't packed so, I begin packing. I pack enough for the trip and text Kirby.
Rewind2x: im ready
Kirby: im ready too
Kirby: i just gotta lock all the doors then we can go.
Rewind2x: ok
I turn my phone off and head downstairs with my luggage. I get in the car and wait for him to come. I sit there listening to music and start falling asleep. Next stop LA.
