Tough Competition - Chapter 3 ( Part 1 )

Kennedy's POV ( An: short chapter ahead. )

Today is my competition and were in the bus and Brynn is doing my makeup. I really like my solo this week.

" So, you ready for your solo, today, " Brynn asked.

" Yeah, I'm just a little nervous," I replied shyly.

Then, came Miss. Abby and she was all like " So, I just got notice that today the Joffery Scout is here to look for some Mini's, so I need you guys to be on it " she said.

* At the competition *
 
We got to the competition AND I SAW MY BIGGEST RIVAL ELLA MONTANO. We were best friends at my old studio, but when i moved all she wanted was to be apart of my fame. She sticked to me like glue, but yet we separated, somehow. I always had something to do, or a project to work on and she would tag along and we wouldn't even talk one bit.
Eventually, we drifted apart, but it was all because, She had become a little bit caught up in my fame, that she got a little to bold and she started to brag about how much better a dancer she was than me. She talked about the fans  ( which btw she didn't have much ) and how they said she was the best mini dancer at our studio. My mom got tired and she cut her out of our life for good or at least,for that time. Now, all I can do is ignore, which is going to be really hard.

She saw me and she smirked evilly. And then she waved, which made me nervous, because the rule is you never wave unless your going to do something bad. Then, she zipped down her jacket and showed me her costume which was extremely pretty.

I was starting to get nervous, but then Alexus noticed me and then she said this " Your back again aren't you, I'm gonna win and you know it ".

Sadly, I knew it was true. She was better than me in most thing, especially dance. I just had more fame. I just ignored her and walked off.

We went inside and I had to get my costume on quick, because I was the 5th person on and we reached late, so.

I was stretching when I saw saw Ella running her dance in the hallway and tbh she looked really good.

I just turned the other way and did my turns.

I was backstage doing running my dance and waiting for the next person to go on and then I was on.

I saw my mom crying in the audience and Abby clapping and I swear Abby almost shed a tear. And Brynn was crying in the curtains. Only one thought came to my mind " Did I really do that good " ?

I saw Ella in the wings and she looked intimidated and the sad part was she was right after me. So sad. 

I got a water from the table and all my friends ran up to me.

" YOU DID GREAT " they shouted.

" Sshhh ".

" Sorry " we whisper shouted.

Alexus and Peyton went before me, then Lilly and Elly.

We sat and watched Lilly do her solo. Her solo was Bad Blood and she nailed I'm kinda glad I went before her, cause I may have been intimidated......... A lot.
