No Promises

I'm sorry i wasn't here guys......my siblings did something in the store.......let's just say it was very expensive -_-

I opened my eyes slowly. Everything was blurry until a few minutes my eyes adjusted to everything. I'm in a room, Touka's room. Yup I have been in Touka's room before, she needed help on a project.

I looked around, nobody was here. I was about to go back to sleep until I heard the door creak. I saw golden medium hair, that's when I knew who it was. "hello Hinami." hinami jumped from hearing her name but she walked inside the room.

"M/n you're ok! We were so worried about you and you're like my father to me. You can't die." I smiled and patted Hinami's hair. "I won't die but i can't make any promises." She nodded, "You never make promises, what made you pass out anyway?"

I didn't really want to talk about it, I felt my eyes water. My head hurt like hell. "M/n, are you ok?" I have to lie to her so she won't get worried. I mean who would tell a child 'no i'm not alright, don't you see my face? it's in pain'.

"Y-yes i'm fine just doing an act for a show i'm doing." She didn't seem too please with my answer. "Your eyes look sad, are you really ok?" She stared at me making me look somewhere other than her. "I knew you were lying." I heard the door slam. I looked up seeing Hinami gone. 

"No promises, no more promises." I felt my eyes water again. "I can't make another promise again!" I yelled out. I felt a tear go down my face. Then I felt more fall down. 

     ~flashback~

"Put your hand up M/n!" Reiko yelled, he was clearly getting irritated. "Bro this is so stupid." "M/n just raise your fucking hand and do the pledge!" I sighed. "Fine, i'll start it." I raised my hand, Reiko also did. "We pledge to always be by each other's side in any situation we are in.  So just don't get in an-" "M/n, stop it!" "Ugh fine! Promise the friendship pledge to never leave each other when things are rough, to never go alone, to never lie to one another, to stay best friends."

"See that wasn't so hard you little shit" I threw a pillow at Reiko's face, "Don't call me that." I glared at him as he laughed. I felt arms go around me. "M/n we are going to stay friends forever right?" "No,we are going to stay best friends forever."

~End of Flashback~

 My crying went into screaming. I covered my ears hearing voices in my head. The voices keep telling me things, things I didn't want to hear.  "It's all your fault M/n, you didn't protect him that's why he died." Stop it. "I know what you want to do, you want to be with him don't you." Shut up. "How can you be with him when you killed all those innocent children back then, you even killed your own parents." Just stop. "You can just kill yourself so you can forget all the things that happened, just go to hell."

"Shut the fuck up!" I looked around seeing the windows broken. The door slammed open seeing Kaneki and Touka they saw me. I was holding glass in my left hand and pointed it to my neck. Kaneki ran over to me and slapped the glass out of my hand. The glass cut my hand so I winced in pain. "I know your upset about Reiko's death but stop being a god damn idiot!" 

I never heard Kaneki yell, well i mean i just met him but he doesn't seem like the yelling time. I was in pure shock then I started crying. "I c-couldn't  help him, w-we were supposed to stick together." "Stop being such a dick M/n and toughen up, I don't think this Reiko will be feeling worst than you if he sees you crying." Touka said leaning on the wall trying to act all cool.

I looked at my fingers, my cuts already healed wait......how did i get cut so easily anyway? I looked out the window, looks like the cafe closed an hour ago. I got up and went to make myself a delicious sandwich. I felt eyes staring behind me. I never felt these eyes before. I turned around seeing a knife about to hit my eye.

I barely dodged and tried to kick the person. Key word TRIED. I was kicked in the back of me, That hurt like a dog on a stick. (What the fuck is a dog on a stick? )

I punch the guy in front of me in the face and kicked the guy in the back in the part every guy hates getting hit at. Up you guessed it, deez nuts ha got em.....no but really.

They both fell down. I took a closer look at both of their faces. It took me two seconds to figure out who they were. Now I want to forget, the two main bullies from my childhood. I thought I killed all of then, what the fuck is going on?!

"Seems like you grown up into a cute little boy, M/n." "Hello Makanto, Sanato you pieces of shits." I smiled but in the inside I was in pure rage. Kaneki ran downstairs and went in front of me to...protect me? "Did they hurt you?" "Nah i'm fine but they got hurt." I pointed at the one o the floor still hurt from the kick. He was holding his private part like he was going to die.

"Makanto what's your buisness here?" He smirked,"what i can't say hi to my old play toy." I hate this guy so much. Makanto got a pole out of no where and stabbed Sanato threw his hand. "Makanto I thought we were friends." Makanto only laughed. "Friends with you? You're just a bitch who can't do shit right."

Makanto took out the pole,pipe i don't care and he stabbed Sanato in the back. The scream made it so clear that he was in so much pain. If I chose who was the craziest it would be Makanto. He was the worst bully out of everyone. Sure I was kicked, punched, spat on but him. He was the psychopath.

~Flashback again -_-~

"Oh M/n is that you?" I turned around with fear already knowing who it is. "M-Makanto what d-do you want?" he did this insane laugh he always does when he's about to do something horrible. "Do you know this dog, M/n?" He pulled out a cute little puppy.

"Puro!" "So you do know the puppy, follow me M/n so I can give it back." I was confused. Makanto didn't look like a ghoul, he looked like the devil. He had black hair with red eyes. (sorry if this looks like your character.) "Why not give him back here?" "Hahaha, I don't want anybody thinking we're friends." I looked down at the ground.

"Let's go, so I can give your puppy back." He started walking so I just followed. We finally made it to our destination. It was an abandon building, there was blood on the walls. "So can I have Puro back now?" He just laughed, that same laugh. "How stupid can you be M/n?" Two boys held one arm from preventing from doing anything.

"Now let's see how long Puro can last." my eyes widen, "Makanto you're going too far don't hurt Puro!" He didn't listen to me, he didn't here one word that came from my mouth. "Now let's begin." I watched horror, seeing my dog wimper and howl to escape, he only lasted thirty seconds long. My h/c was shadowing over my eyes. Not only was I hurt physically but mentally too.

~End Flashback~

"M/n we should probably run." I looked at Kaneki. "Why, can't you just defeat him?" Kaneki kept a straight face staying calm.

"There are ghouls surrounding us and I won't be able to protect you." "I can protect mysel-mgh!" Kaneki covered my mouth and picked me up bridal style. This is really embarrassing. 

(.... 6 hours this took me fucking six hours because I get distracted too easily *cries* i'm so bad......I'm not checking over)
