Taehyung's POV

That girl is going to get revenge. She's the only girl, and only person, that has stood up to me and called me by my real name, which I don't really like. She's also the only girl that has rolled her eyes at me when I'm flirting. She's so different and it bothers me. I don't know why.

I was skipping my fifth hour today and was walking around the arts and music hall and saw her again, but she was playing the piano. Break wasn't technically over yet, but she was already there.

Then she started singing in English. I had heard that song before, somewhere.

What would I do without your smart mouth
Drawing me in and you kicking me out
You got my head spinning, no kidding, I can't pin you down
What's going on in that beautiful mind,
I'm in your magical mystery ride
And I'm so dizzy, don't know what hit me, but I'll be alright

She suddenly looked back, but I hid, she didn't see me. She just shrugged and went back to messing around on the piano. I was still hiding when Soomi saw me started to walk up to me. I was staring to try and come up with an excuse.

"Impressed by her singing, huh?" she said

I didn't know what to say. I just had my eyes wide open. My mouth may have been open

"Now close that trap, flies are gonna fly in," she giggled, "You should start heading to your class. People are gonna start coming in."

"Please don't tell her or anyone," I begged

"Don't worry, I'm not as cruel as you," she said, and walked into the classroom

Those words echoed in my head. Was I really cruel?

I went to hide somewhere during passing period, but went back to that room where she was at. It turns out it was the choir room. They started singing Don't Stop Believing, and guess who was part of the duet, Skylar, after all she's the one that knew the most English. Some other guy was singing with her. I think it was that guy that didn't have my daily money. I couldn't help but turn all red.

Just a city boy
Born and raised in south Detroit
He took the midnight train going anywhere

I stood there, amazed, until the end of the song. My heart was racing and I felt like everyone could hear it.

That last moment was amazing. I couldn't close my mouth and eyes. My heart was beating even faster, so fast I thought I was gonna have a heart attack.

"What are you doing here sir?" a man's voice said behind me

"Oh, I'm watching them," I said, too amazed to even realize who was talking to me

"Is this your classroom sir?"

"Y-yes," I said without paying attention to the person speaking to me

"Well then, lets go inside," and so he dragged me inside, "Mr. Song, is this one of your students?"

I looked at Skylar, in hope she would help me

Luckily, the bell rang just as Mr. Han, the vice principal asked, but he didn't let me go.

Skylar then came up to us and said "Sorry Mr. Han, Taehyung had told me that he needed to give me something just before the bell rang, but I didn't know he had waited for me, joesonghabnida (sorry) " then she bowed

"Okay, but please don't do that again and go to class," Mr. Han responded

"Gomaseubnida (Thank You)," we both responded and bowed at the same time

Then we ran off together down some stairs.

"Why did you do that? Don't you hate me?" I asked

"I don't like you, but that doesn't mean I can't help you. Plus I new that you would want to take revenge on me, so I also decided to help you, but now you owe me something," she explained

"And what do I owe you then?" I asked

"First, don't bully anyone. Second, don't take revenge on me. Third, food," she listed

"I don't know about the first one, but the rest I can do I guess," I answered

"Then can you please buy me some ramen from that restaurant across the street after school?" she asked

"Fine," I said in a really deep voice, "See you in front of the gate right when the bell rings"

"Okay," she answered

Then we headed down together to our next class, PE.

Author's Note

When I titled this work, I didn't even realize there wasa BTS song called Lost in which Jungkook, Jin, Jimin, and V sing. It was a total coincidence and the song really fits this work, so I would suggest you listen to it when ever you read some of this work.
