My Country Love Story

Chapter Eight

   After Chase left, me and Ally caught up. "So, why are you really back Ally? Not that I'm not super happy you're back, but I can something's up. What's goin on? Cause I know there's no way you'd willingly cone back to Jackson after everything that happened," I mumbled, looking up into my sister's eyes. 4 years ago, a lot of stuff went down with her ex that caused him to go to jail for a year and her to move away to Attend a different College. She looked over towards my window for a minute.   

     "Ally please tell me. I'm your baby sister. You can tell me anything," I pleaded with her. She turned over and looked at me for a minute. "I don't like it up there. Honestly, I missed you guys. I broke up with Ben a couple weeks ago, and since I finished college, I figured it would be time to come home. I mean, Jack's gone. That was the only thing holding me back from coming home. So now I can." I was glad to have my sister home. "Well I'm happy you're back," I replied, engulfing her into a hug. "Reece I'm home!" I heard Cassie's voice ring out from downstairs. "Upstairs!" I called back, ready to see her reaction to our sisters reappearance. When Cassie walked through my door, her eyes connected with Ally's and she dropped her bag. "Oh my god Ally!" Cassie cried out, running over and hugging Ally like she'd disappear if she let go. "Oof. Yeah Cassie," ally replied, hugging Cass back.

   For the next 2 hours, we all caught up and sat around the house. Then the boys came home and we watched some scary movie. I ended up leaving a little early so I could get some sleep. I had school tomorrow. Once I changed into something more comfy, I climbed into bed and grabbed my phone, Chase had called and we talked for about 15 minutes, that is until Cassie grabbed my phone and said I'd call him later before hanging up. I quickly dialed his number, and waited for him to pick up. "Hey gorgeous," he answered on the third ring. "Hey handsome," I replied, a smile playing on my lips. "I just wanted to call you and say goodnight," I said, yawning as I did so. "Well I'm glad you did. So I'm going to lick you up tomorrow. At 7:30. Be ready." He said, humor lacing his voice. "Um okay," I said. I felt like I had no choice in the matter so I just agreed. "You sound really tired babygirl. I'm gonna let you get off. Goodnight dollface. I'll see you in the morning." I smiled at his little pet names for me. "Goodnight Chase, I'll see you in the morning." I replied, then I hung up. I fell asleep thinking of the wrangler who has my heart

Soo I know this is a super duper short chapter but I felt really bad for not updating in so long. I'm really sorry guys. I can only write in my spare time and I've not had alot of that recently.
