Kid's Pov:
the darkness is like mist everywhere I look around constantly afraid of the shadows that are lurking just beyond sight. Tears sting my eyes as pain in my feet grew more and more.
Without realizing it I bumped into something that felt firm. I slowly turn around afraid of what I might see as it stands tall, but what I see makes my jaw drop. There stood this tree that I looked like a man but at the same time a tree.
"w-what" I say in a small weak voice as suddenly everything went black.
My eyes flutter open as pain strikes by head. I look around to see this house or one could call it a mansion.
I slowly stand up, almost falling from my weak knees, I swallow down my fears as I take a long walk to the huge door.
*Knock, knock, knock*
I knock on the door three times seeing if anyone was home.
"hello?" I speak in a normal tone of voice.
I turn around to get a better look of my surroundings. 'A forest with no way of escaping' I sigh to myself while I think of how I got to be in this mess.

*laughing in the distance*
"now where is that girl, we need all the Special ones for the boss" Said an unfamiliar voice
"yeah J, I don't know where to look next I checked all over the village for that one but no luck" said the other voice.
"I'll call the boss T, this is his to handle now" said the first voice with a sigh. I soon hear the footsteps retreating back into the forest as I then let out a small sigh of relief thinking I was safe.
I peek out of my hiding place, which was in a dead end of an ally, and look around though when looking I don't see anyone one so I walk out only to have regretted my decision.
"well there you are, they said you were difficult to find and yet the moment I show up here and have a second to see how much damage they did I see you" said this man that stood so tall when looking up at him my neck started to hurt.
I decide in a split moment that I needed to run, so I turned away quickly and sprinted into the forest.

The door creaks as it slowly opens and I jump back when I feel something tough my shoulder. With eyes glowing slightly I carefully look into the door.
I let out a sigh of relief when I don't see anything there and I turn around then sit on one of the steps to have some rest.
I close my eyes trying to think of what I will do next when static fills my head.
"Who is there" I shriek into the darkness as I knew something or someone was out of my sight. 'Not again, Not again,Not again!' I think in a panic while looking around trying to get a glimpse of the thing that was there.
While having stopped in a moment of hesitation I felt this cloth go over my mouth as the world fell into darkness once more.
"just, go to sleep" said a familiar voice before I fell into the void.
