It was a beautiful winter day at the Goon Docks. 57 degrees Fahrenheit. The air was cool, the snow was falling, and almost everyone was inside their houses.
Mikey was looking out from his window on to the beach with a sad look. His Dad lost a bet to a father of a bully. The bully was named Troy. The father was very mad at what happened the year before that one. He was going to smash down all of the Goon Docks. But Mikey and the rest of the Goonies saved it. They had gems from the treasure from One-Eyed Willie's ship. Now, they lost the bet and Mikey and his Family has got to move.
He didn't know what to do. All of his friends were here. And he was going to leave all of them. It took him forever to make new friends. He was going to have to start over.
"Hey Mikey, get inside or else Mom's going to kill you. You're already sick as it is," said Mikey's older brother Brand. Mikey had an asthma inhaler that he had. He stopped when they saved the Goon Docks. He's starting to breathe it again ever since he found out that his Dad lost the bet.
"Brand, are you going to miss this place?" Said Mikey. Brand was working out and then he stopped to say, "Of course I am. I mean, I'm leaving Andy, and she is the best I've got. And, to be honest, I'm sure going to miss being a Goonie."
