Don't You Want Me? (Part One)

"So he sings a duet with his victims, buys them a drink to drug them with, and takes them to a hotel where he rapes and kills them?" Rossi points out with a disgusted look on his face. "He leaves his victims in hotels to be found by house keeping, pays with cash." Prentiss says.
"How do we know the bars and the hotels are connected?" JJ asks "We have friends of the victims and witnesses who put them and the unsub together at the clubs, but no solid description to go on." You say.
"Each time he brings them onstage he wears a disguise so we can bet he's never used his actual name at any of these clubs." Hotch adds
"He's killed two women in the past week, that's not normal for him. He's escalating" Morgan points out
"Why singing though?" Prentiss asks and you add that it must have some sort of significance to him.
"He has a clear type (h/c) hair and (e/c) eyes." Reid adds you glance at Reid and at your reflection in the black space of the screen where the victims and look down quickly realizing that you resemble them. "Any DNA?" Rossi asks.

"There is but it's not in any system." JJ says.
" We have three days before he kills again, wheels up in 30." Hotch says wearily.

"I'm SSA Aaron Hotchner, These are supervisory special agents Morgan, Reid, Jareau, Rossi and (L/N)." Hotch says with his expression hardened and his tone serious. "Chief Williams, you guys can set up in here." he says gesturing to a large room with a board already set up with the unsub and victims information. "Let your staff and anyone with knowledge about this case to keep it out of the media, we don't want to do anything that could make him change his patterns." Rossi tells Williams. "No connections between the victims?" you ask and Chief Williams says "Nothing but their appearance." and you nod.

"The unsub kills on Mondays twice a month and he seems to pick the bars at random except one." Reid points out. "Rock it Grill." you add. "When did the first victim turn up?" Prentiss asks. "four months ago." JJ responds.

"Get Garcia on the phone." Hotch orders.

"Garcia, Look up serious bar fights and accidents at the Rock it Grill on Monday nights going back six months . I need a list of names of everyone involved" Morgan asks.

"Coming your way now." she quickly responds

"This is still too many names, we need to narrow our suspect pool." Hotch says. "Well, we know that this isn't gang related so we can take out any known gang members." Morgan offers.

"Why don't Reid and I work up a geographic profile and we'll interview known sex offenders and people on our list?" you suggest and Hotch agrees. Out of the corner of your eye you see Morgan nudge Reid wearing the smirk he always used to get under your skin. "Get started, We'll start on suspects near the Rock it Grill." Hotch says.

Setting up the board you start to get frustrated. "Here's no pattern. We've been at this for awhile." you say dropping your hand at your side. Reid puts his hand on your shoulder and stands behind you, you feel your checks heating up "Sometimes the unsubs make a pattern without knowing." he reassures you. You give him a smile and think about what he said for a second. "He visited the Rock It grill on the second Monday of the month each time, the second Monday of this month is in 3 days." you say. "I'll call Hotch."Reid says. Taking one more glance at the victims before regrouping you felt your stomach turn a little.

"We should give the profile to the police and stress the importance of keeping this out of the media again." Morgan says. "It wont do any good, this is a charming, attractive man who doesn't stand out at all and police presence could scare him off"

"Y/Ns right we've dealt with this kind of unsub before, we know where he's going, maybe we can get ahead." Rossi adds. Hotch considers what you've said "we'll give the profile anyway and then get back to the hotel. Tomorrow we're going to the Rock It Grill." Hotch states.
