His deep black eyes were looking at mine, looking at my soul.

He already had the knife on his hand.

My dark hair on the other.

"Why, Melanie, why? Don't you know that you broke my heart? Don't you care?" he asked me with such sadness, I wanted to forgive him. But how could I?! That maniac kidnapped me!

"I hate you. I hate you. I HATE YOU!" I screamed. He grasped my hair around his hand and pulled it back. I whimpered. And cried.

"I don't care if you hate me. Do you know why? Because I despise you. You witch." He drew the word despise and didn't say witch, he said the word that rhymed with it. I kept crying, wishing I had never fell for his little gifts. His love. "Even though you're beautiful. You know that, right?" he placed his dirty hand on my left cheek, moving my dark hair from my face. I tried to move my head away, but he pulled my hair harder. "You get call that everyday. And it's true. You're the prettiest girl in George High School. Or you were." he laughed like a maniac.

It was raining and I had a short dress, which made it harder for me to stop shivering.

"Why? Why are you doing this to me?! Why me?!" I asked. I didn't want to die. I didn't.

"Why, you ask. Well, I'll tell you why. You broke me and you're gonna pay." He said, staring deeply into my eyes. That's when I lost it. I cried till there were no more tears in my eyes. I screamed till there were was no more air left in me. He slapped me, but I didn't stop. That's when he got the knife and buried the knife in me.

"You'll pay. I swear. You'll pay." Were my last words.

He kissed my dried lips and said, "No, my darling girl. I won't." He walked away and left me there.

I watched as a white cat approached me. He licked my wounded self, licking my blood. And slowly, I died, hugging the white cat and crying.
