((That's Thana, but instead of greyish blue eyes, they are sky blue. Google an emo outfit and choose our favorite. There. She's wearing that. Also: I apologize if spacing is weird, but you'll have to stick with it.))

I didn't bother to yell at the driver since it would only make my situation worse. The piece of toast in my mouth would've dropped out. I sped down the sidewalk, the scenery a blur. Then I spotted it, Smithson High, the place where the jocks and cheerleaders are praised and the nerds get stuffed into lockers. Pretty typical, huh? There is this one guy who thinks he owns the school. His name is Kaleb and he is the human incarnation of the devil. His boyfriend is even worse. He pretends to be friends with new students for a week, then on Friday, he embarrasses them in front of the whole school by learning one of their biggest secrets. Personally, It hasn't happened to me, but I keep to myself 99% of the time. I dash over the small green hill, weaving my way through trees of all sorts. I don't bother to look at the building  since I've been going here for 4 years. I slammed the doors open Elsa Style and went straight to class A5. On my way, I notice a big burly jock coming straight at me.I continued to my class when he shoved me so harshly I swear he almost broke my back. I tumbled through the doors of A5 and landed on the hard concrete grey floor. But no laughter. Was the teacher staring at me? I pushed myself up off the ground and looked around. No students. I looked up at the teacher's desk. No teacher either. I start to chew on the piece of forgotten toast with my hands on my hips. "Hello? Mrs. Yunio?" I called out in the empty room. I peer out of the hallway. The jock from earlier had vanished, as did the doors to the other classes. My mind went into Fantasy Mode as I searched the hallway. This has got to be a dream. Either that or I'm witnessing some evil wizard's magic. I smiled at the thought, still walking forward down the hallway. Then something pulled me back and I saw a dark figure run in front of me and into the darkness of the hallway. I whip around to see a fading pair of crying silver eyes, filled with misery and innocence. I instinctively reach out to wipe the tears, but the silver eyes were gone. I look back to the darkness of the hallway, where the dark figure had vanished into. Then the floor starts to steepen and I scramble into a nearby room. I don't know which room I had dived into, but it was devoid of everything. A blank canvas of a room.   Then I heard something. Something...breaking. And it kept getting closer and closer. I tried to assure myself that I would be fine, but I was freaking out. Then the ceiling broke open and crashed down onto the teachers' desk. I yelped and scrambled back. "What the heck?!" I yelled. Then I hear the noise again. This time, A computer crashes down behind me. Then I noticed something as a third piece of the building broke through and nearly hit my foot. I'm being surrounded. At the thought of being trapped, I began to list several different scenarios that could come from this. Then the ceiling just collapses next to me, opposite the third. This occurrence rips me back into reality. Then I start to freak. I yell and scream for what seems like hours. My throat is hoarse and eventually I give up trying to find help and start trying to help myself. Lifting some of the debris, I spot a hammer. "A hammer?" Confused, I pick it up. And drop it. on my foot. I cursed loudly and held my swelling foot. The building shook violently and I dropped my foot, falling backwards. In front of me, the pair of silver eyes appears and are crying more violently.  I look around for something, anything to stop the silver eyes from flooding the room. The tears are actually hitting my shoes and I don't want magic tears infecting them. I spot the hammer from earlier and dash over to it. The silver eyes seem to have sobered up, but they still look like they're on the verge of tears. The eyes watch me intently and almost resentfully. As I hold the hammer carefully, the silver eyes look over to the debris and back to me. They were telling me something. I almost laughed at how absurd my dream had gotten. I mean, disembodied eyes are 'talking' to me as my school is crashing around me and turning into some result of a magic spell gone wrong. I lock eyes with the pair, like silver bullets drilling into my head.

My head spins in a circle and I tumble forwards, knocking into the eyes. Then I see myself, get up off the ground and look me in the eyes. The strange thing was, my eyes weren't ivy green. They were silver. The atmosphere seems to darken and the shadows literally jump from the walls to surround my body that was possessed by stranger eyes. The shadows have eyes, which are slits in the darkness and it brings a whole new level of weird. "I am truly sorry for having to bring you into this, but it is my job to make sure that people follow their destiny." My eyes never left my body as the stranger in my body spoke through my voice. "Fire!" I hear from outside. Finally! A humane voice! But there is no fire. It's just the building collapsing  "You think this is a dream" The stranger in my body is just staring at me, all serious-like. I tried to respond, but the realization hit me like a punch in the face. I can't talk. "But I assure you, this is reality."

Then the building completely gives out and I black out.

How can you run from what's in you're head, Thana?

I don't know.

But you do. You do it everyday.
