I'm Finally graduating today is actually the day. Getting out of my bed headed to my bathroom I grab all my things that I need 30 Mins later I'm out and put on the ugly ass school clothes I'm glad this my last day to wear these. Headed downstairs My mom was in kitchen cooking breakfast with a black robe on and blue Bonnet while on the phone gossiping. "GoodMorning mother." I said with a smile , "GoodMorning boo." I grab a plate out the cabinet and a glass to get me some orange juice out the refrigerator. I pour me up a glass and my mother puts one pancake and some eggs on my plate with syrup. "You glad to be graduating today?" "C'mon na Ma you know I am." I finished my breakfast and grabbed my purse , keys and phone charger. "I'm gone mother." I head out the door and unlock the doors to my black Nissan. Living on the other side of New York really gets to me. 1hour later I arrive at my high school .. I'm really going to miss it.
Walking in the doors I spotted my Bestfriend Danielle , "Wassup My bitch!" "Not Shit My girl wess popping." I said while walking to homeroom. Mrs. Waters was always bitchin' about something Ian give a fuck I was just ready to go and start my life.
Our Principal Mr.Lopez Told all the seniors to head to the gym so we can practice for our graduation.
2 Whole Hours And they finally called my name Karmen Delilah Jones !
You know I had to show out I walked across the stage and dabbed then hit my model walk going back. My Bestfriend was tripping out. After a few mins they wrapped everything up and told us to be back at 6. "Where You Wanna Go girl?" Danielle said looking at her phone. "Steak and shake."
We drove to steak and shake, walking into steak and shake we go get us a seat and we seen three fine boys looking at us. You know Danielle is extra asf. "What the fuck they staring at Hell." I bust out laughing , "Hello Ladies I'm Your Waiter Max Do you girls want wait to order or -." Danielle irrupts him "I'm ready to order Can I get A Double cheese burger no pickles , onions & mustard with a chocolate shake extra whip and bacon fries light on the ranch and my friend wants chicken strips with garlic fries and a pineapple shake no cherry. " Max Nodded his head. "You hungry ain't it girl." I said chuckling. "Hell yeah bitch hungry to the fuck." "Why must you cuss all the time I know Ms.April get tired of you." Danielle Put Her phone down and looked at me. "Aye bitch do you think I give a fuck? Laughing my ass off I know Ms.Monica Thick ass-." I stopped her before she finished, "hoe is you gay?" "Hell nah ya mama just thick as fuck." I started laughing and 10 mins Max Brought out our food. "Hello Yes Ma'am." Danielle said smashing her burger. I couldn't help but laugh she is a mess and some more. As I began to eat my chicken strips one of the dudes come over to our table. "Hey Ladies." Danielle looks up with cheese all over her mouth. "D Wipe ya mouth." She ignores me and continues to eat. "Hey you can sit." He takes a seat. Danielle wipes her mouth and I take a sip well try to sip my milk shake. The boy begins to speak, "I'm Ricky and my Guys over their names are Darrian and Trevor." Danielle stands up and yells across the room,
"Aye Yall come over here!" I just shook my head. "So Ricky what brings you over here?" I said raising my eyebrow. I scoot over to make room for Ricky's Friends. "Two beautiful ladies and I live in Atlanta but Im actually visiting my guys." "Ain't that gay? Y'all niggas gay?" Danielle said smacking on her fries. "Sorry y'all gotta excuse my Bestfriend I'm Karmen and this here is my Bestfriend Danielle." I said licking the whipped cream off my straw. "Nah We not gay." Ricky said answering Danielle's question. I check the time and it is 5:11 PM. " Danielle you finished we gotta go." I said getting up. "Why y'all gotta leave?" Trevor said Looking confused. "I was enjoying yall company but we graduate today at 6." I said getting my money out my wallet. "You gone let me out?" Danielle said to Darrian. " Fasho, Can we get an Invite?" Ricky Said. I start Smiling. "Of course." I handed him my phone and he put his number in. "Their you go Ms.Karmen and don't worry bout y'all food BabyGirl I got it." I smiled and said thanks and left. I dropped Danielle Off.
"Delilah where you been yo ass going to be late." My mama said Fixing her curls. "I went out to eat with Danielle and got caught up." I rushed to find my cap and gown then my shoes , Dress , earrings and Makeup. I got dressed in a Black Dress With a slit down the side my black red bottoms My Mama did my makeup and Hair. I put on My White Gown and cap Smiling in the mirror , I can't believe I'm graduating Rose High School Class of 2010. (Made that up btw.)
" Karmen if youon bring yo ass." My mama said , "I'm coming Ma." I flew down the stairs and hopped in my Nissan. I parked in the front so I don't gotta walk far. I found my graduating class and we all were looking pretty. "Karmen You're So Beautiful." Said my fellow classmate Olivia. "Thanks." I found my Bestfriend we hugged for the longest. I looked at my phone and searched for Ricky's name to send him the address. I found it saved as : BigDaddyR😏😛🤤. I laughed and sent him the address. We finally walked out , And IT WAS PACKED! I took my seat and looked around to see My Mom , Grandparents , Dad and My sister her husband and my niece. They did all the introductions and finally the name calling. (Skips everything )They were in The H 's Danielle Gracie-Mariel Harper. I screamed louder then anybody else. Danielle didn't have anybody but her mom and little brothers.(Im showing them in the next chapter) they finally made it to the J's Karmen Delilah Jones. My Whole family screamed and I heard my sister say "that's my little sister." I laughed and did my model walk and dabbed. 2 hours later it was over I found my family and hugged them and took pictures I even took pictures with Danielle's mama and brothers. "Hey old man." I said talking to my grandad. "Oh I'm proud of my sugar baby." I laughed because he called me my nickname. "Joe don't call her that she's a grown woman na." My grandma said I knew they was finna argue, "Brenda you shut up." Grandma hit him with her purse. "Grandma I'm always going to be y'all little sugar baby." I said laughing at them. Just then Somebody touched me on my shoulder. "Hey pretty lady." Ricky said with roses in his hand. I hugged him and smiled. "You came." "Of course why wouldn't I ?" He handed me the roses. I smelled them and closed my eyes. I can only imagine how he smells. "Aye sister we going to grandma house to eat." I nodded my head. "You wanna go to my grandma house?" "Sure." Ricky told his friends he was going with me.
Pulling up to a red light, "so Ricky wassup with your friends?" I said taking off my cap and gown. "Well Darrian Is single , 19 , in college , plays football and Trevor Is Taken, 18 , he is a senior and plays football and basketball and Me you ask I'm 20, Graduated High School and College and I'm just living life." I smile , "that's nice." Pulling up to my grandmother house. "You ready?" "Ready as all ever be." We get out the car and I do my secret knock and my niece lets me in.
"Hey Armani." I said , walking into the house. My grandmother living in a big kinda 3 bedroom house. I walked into the kitchen with Ricky behind me everybody looks up. "Hey Family This is Ricky." Everybody Smiles and waves. "Ricky this is my grandmother Brenda." I said walking towards her. "Hey baby how you doing." "Lovely." Ricky said, he kisses her hand "this is My mama- ." She irrupts me "I can introduce myself Hello I'm Ms.Monica Karmen's Mom." Ricky smiles and kisses her hand. She continues to Fix her plate. I'm lowkey ready to eat and shower. Next I'm introduce him to my older sister Brandi and her husband. "Ricky this is my Older Sister Brandi and her Husband Antonio not to mention she six months Pregnant with my nephew Princeton." Brandi sips her drink. "Nice to meet you two." Ricky said about to kiss her hand but I stopped him. "Don't do that." I said nervously. Armani comes out the bathroom. "This is my niece Armani." I said Smiling. "Hello ms. Armani." Ricky said smiling. "I'm seven years old you should follow me on Instagram." I shook my head. "I don't have any social media." Ricky said. I went to the living and introduce him to my Dad and granddad , Antonio was in the room also. "Father and grandfather this is Ricky." I said kinda nervously this is the first boy to actually meet the important men in my life. My mom and dad are separated but my mom couldn't live that army life. So my dad got re-married.(Ima show his wife also maybe him to & his wife isn't gonna be in the book) My dad Stood up, "I'm Mr. Jones but you can call me David." "Nice to meet you mr. David." He sat back down and finished his plate. "I'm joe be good to my sugar baby or Ima break your foot off in your ass boy." "I will sir I don't want that to happen." We went back to the kitchen where my grandma , mama & sister was. "I fixed y'all a plate." My grandma said.
"Thanks grandma but we just going to head out because Ricky gotta meet his friends soon." I said grabbing the plates and wrapping them up. "Delilah comere' ." My mama said I handed Ricky the plates and told him go start the car. " nice meeting y'all." Ricky said before walking out. "Listen ion know nothing bout this boy-" Brandi irrupted my mom and said "Ma if you fenna give her that uh sex talk look at me." I started laughing. "Just use protection." My mother said laughing. "Okay ma , love yall."
