Where am I? Why can't I remember anything? Why am I in the hospital?

"You finally woke up," a tall thin man spoke. His face like a blank page, not a single feature to be seen. But for some reason, I wasn't scared.

"W-where am I?" I ask softly. "And who are you?"

"What, my dear, you don't remember me. How could this be? Oh what has Jeff done? This cannot be true. Do you even remember your name?"

"Ummm....no. You never answered my questions, and who is Jeff?"

"Oh lord, I am your cousin. Your mother sent you because she was going into the poor house. Jeff is one of my friends. You two were fighting and u sorta hit your head. Oh and by the way your name is Celeste."

"So what is your name?" I say asking as if in a whisper. "My name is Slenderman." He says, "but you've always called me slendy."

He signed me out of the hospital and we left. I had no clue what was going on. I felt vulnerable and scared.

The car was quiet, he glanced at me once or twice but most likely realized I did not wish to talk. We arrived at a warehouse, it was right in the middle of the woods. Didn't look like someone would just stumble upon it.

"Are you ready?" his voice was gentle and calm. I nodded.
