A/N Update, June 25, 2018:
Hey, everyone!
Let me tell you a little something about the companion series to the Whispers of Nowhere trilogy, The Spectrum Chronicles.
Like the trilogy, the companion series will be comprised of three novels. The first, Shattered Time, will feature the supporting antagonist from books two and three in the WoN trilogy, while elaborating further on some of the things explained in those novels. As it is still in the early stages, I won't spoil too much on that front, other to say that the story has to do with Chronos (no, not the titan; a personification of Father Time) inadvertently breaking the flow of time in his pursuit of reliving his long-lost youth--and the ramifications that in turn follow his actions. When I actually have a decent chunk of writing down for Shattered Time, I'll post a sample here on Wattpad. Keep your eyes peeled for details.
Book two in the series is Shadow & Flame, with Arcane Guardian (formerly intended to feature Forneus's life prior to the WoN trilogy) serving as the third; the story now taking place 30 years after the events of Whispers of Nowhere, while still containing snippets of his past.
Now that that's out of the way, there's something you should know: The preview I provide of Shadow & Flame won't go further than Chapter Two. So if you were hoping for a full-length story to read, sorry to disappoint--but hopefully what you do read will be enough to wet your appetites for when the book is published in the future (which, of course, I will keep everyone apprised of when it happens). The main reason I won't be posting more is to avoid the backdoor theft that Wattpad suffers from time-to-time. I have other reasons, but I shan't bore you with them.
