I reach school puffing from running. I was late and didn't wanna be any latter, at that moment the principal walked up to me asking me why I don't have a school back. I answered asking if she is blind preparing to take my bag off but just then I realize my bag isn't even there! I gasp and start worrying about what would happen. The principal told me they will call my mum to drop off my school back as I sit down, the principal smiles and walks into her office. I lean back on the seat and smile calmly, I think how anything could happen and at that moment my best friend Madison runs into the office holding her forehead as blood covers her fingers. Gasping at the sight and get up rushing to her asking what happened. She replies saying a ball hit her head scraping her skin off a bit. I thought that was impossible but nodded slowly. The principal walked out her office saying my mum will be here soon. I nod again still looking at Madison's fingers, I start shaking slightly and walk back to my seat sitting down calmly as Madison walks into the nursing room. I sigh thinking of how anything could make this day worse, my mum walks into the office staring at me frowning, I look down sadly as my mum gives me my bag. I look at her as she says "Leave your bag at home again and you're in big trouble"
All I do is smirk and then nod.
