NATALIE didn't knew this time what to make with this information, it was a lot. She wasn't just a simple Warlock like bibbity-bobbity-boo, but she was also a Shadow Hunter? I mean she always felt like part of her was missing. No wonder the parabatai thing worked for her and Angel, becuase it only works for a pair of Shadow Hunters.

Natalie let out a sigh and nodded,"Ok. Fine. Let's say if I call you, how will you teach me?" Natalie asked making Magnus smile.

"It's not that difficult to be honest, and I suggest that you should train everyday, you can gain help from the others too, since they're Shadow Hunters, but . ." Magnus said, trailing off.

". . .But, what?" Natalie asked, curious to what he was requesting.

"Natalie, it'd be best if you'd stay with me," Magnus said as Natalie took a deep breath.

What about Angel? Her parabatai. Her best friend. And Clary? Clary can't protect herself at the moment, she promised to Jocelyn that she and Angel together would look after her.

What about Alec?

"I know that it's too much to ask. So, I think you should at least consider it. And give me your answer after we deal with the demon, it's okay," Magnus said as he stood up along with Natalie with a nod.

"I believe the Fairchild must have finished the pentagram by now. Let's go," Magnus said, gesturing with his hand for Natalie to exit first.

"What took you so long?" Alec asked right away to Natalie and Magnus, as they entered the living room. She could see that he was a bit jealous.

"It's quite a long story." Natalie responded, not really in the mood to explain everything to the group.

"Ok, we're ready. Let's summon the demon," Magnus spoke before they Clary, Isabelle, Jace, Alec and Magnus took their rightful places around the pentagram, since only five people can do it, so Angel and Natalie stood by the side, watching them.

The warlock warned them that they should hold each other's hand no matter what happens. Plus, if something happens like an attack or something gone wrong, Natalie and Angel were there, with Natalie's powers and Angel's seraph blade.

"I will lead the ceremony and you all must do exactly as I say," Magnus instructed.

"The demon's name is Valak." Magnus said, glancing at the four."and at some point, he'll ask for some payment in exchange of Clary's memories." He added which made Jace look at him.

"What kind of payment?" Jace asked.

"We will see." Magnus responded sarcastically.

"Let us begin," Magnus said before starting to speak in another language which Angel and Natalie were guessing the ritual was starting, which made them a bit nervous as Isabelle's necklace started to shine.

"The necklace, it's pulsing." Isabelle informed the rest, meaning that the demon was already there with them.

As a black-greyish wind started in the middle of them, Natalie started to get anxious.
