part one

You just moved to Riverdale. You were staying with your mom now, ever since your dad got arrested. You didn't know anyone until today. Your mom made you go to Pop's to get some burgers. You walked into Pop's and you looked around. Your eyes stopped on a raven haired boy on a laptop. You walked over and looked at him. 'Y/N,' You said outstretching your arm. He looked up from his computer and stared at your hand. He paused and sighed saying, 'Alright. I'll bite,' He said shaking your hand. 'Who are you?' He asked staring you up and down. 'Y/N L/N,' I'm moving to Riverdale,'  You said with a hint of a smile. ' Sit down, your making me look rude,' he said with a smirk. You sat down across from him. 'So, I never got your name,' You said to Jughead who was about to eat a cherry off his milkshake. 'Wow, you don't know who I am? Why I'm the famous Jughead Jones, I thought you'd know that New Girl,' There's that smirk again. You ended up getting a vanilla milkshake. As you were about to pick it up Jughead reached forward and grabbed your cherry. 'Damn you Jughead Jones, you cherry stealer,' You smiled.

2 days pass and you head to Pop's for some lunch. You walk in and see Jughead, a blonde girl, a redhead boy, and a raven haired girl. You walk over and introduce yourself. Jughead, like always, has his computer. He smiles and closes it when he sees you though. 'Thats the new girl,' The redhead said. 'Its Y/N, not new girl,' You said, now standing in front of the booth. 'Well hello, Y/N, I'm Archie Andrews,' he says flashing a grinny smile. 'I'm Veronica Lodge,' The raven haired girl says shaking your hand. 'I'm Betty Cooper,' The blonde says also shaking your hand. 'And this is..Jug-' Betty starts to say. 'Jughead Jones, notorious cherry stealer!' You say as he stands up. He unexpectedly gives you a small hug. 'We met already,' he says smiling. 'Well New Girl, Sit down,' He motions for where he was sitting, next to Betty. 'Oh no, it's fine Jug,' you say insisting he sit back down. 'Sorry, but your not changing my mind, sit,' He pulls a chair from a table and sits in front of the booth. You chuckle and sit down. Of course you order a milkshake. Right when Jughead started to reach for your cherry you grabbed his. 'Better luck next time Cherry Thief,'
'Oh wow, Y/N outsmarted Jug,'
You winked. 'It won't be the last time,' You say smiling. There Jug goes with that little smile... That little smile goes a long way..
