Dottie never understood the concept of 'fangirling' until her beautiful brown hair and glimmering emerald eyes fell in love with what was called ' a mesmerizing angel, who took over the world of internet'. Dottie always had a passion for writing, internet and falling in love and she found the one who was combined all into one, Oliver Monroe. Dottie, Aged 15 and who, since 18th of January 2019, is a fangirl of the wonderful source of pleasure and entertainment, Oliver Monroe, has now found herself digging deep in magazines, full of the face she adored the most. She spent most of her time scrolling down his endless tweets, melting into puddles when he took a selfie and making collages of his face. Twenty-Four Seven. It was strange; It was more than just a hobby, it was an obsession....
"I don't understand what is the point of falling in love with someone you are never going to meet!" Adelaide remarked, turning the music on her radio louder so that all the people in the park could hear her. Adelaide was one of Dottie's bestest friends. She had been friends with Dottie for 12 years now and havent been apart. "How do you know I wont meet Ollie, after all, I might stumble along his rather handsome face over here one day." Dottie gazed at the sky. Adelaide shaked her head, "I doubt you'd find Oliver randomly appearing here in where so it happens, you were.... No, It sure will never occur!" Dottie sighed and rolled her eyes. She laid back down on the tender, freshly cut grass that was speckled with dew next to Adelaide. Adelaide's hair was dull. It has no highlights compared to Dottie and her eyes were as crystal blue as the Pacific Ocean. Dottie glanced at her phone and closed her eyes as she put her phone to her heart. There was only one answer. Oliver Monroe.
Sirens let loose and flames rised from the burning house. All houses around were evacuated quickly in order for her to be saved. Thick smoke filled the air, leaving Dottie not able to breathe. The acrid smoke seared her eyes; She was horribly crippled and was in the corner of the room crying. She thought she was going to die but luckily she had a body of a tiger.
Dottie opened her eyes. The smell of alcholized hand sanitizer filled her nose and the abnoxious ticking of the clocks ticked away. Plain curtains, dull wall paint and chipped varnish around the rim of the window that led out to a ravishing view of London Eye, Big ben and plenty of opulent business buildings. Many women and some frequent men, who wore scrubs and tennis shoes, would rush by in a hurry to a person who were injured or some in a huge amount of pain and others who were already healed but taking a rest. "Where am I?" Dottie screeched, taking out her hand to check her time on the clock that was on the bed side table. Two familar faces came through the door, her mother and Adelaide. At first, Dottie couldnt analyse the faces of whom she'd seen for years but as she gently slid her contacts into her eyes, she adjusted to the scene . She smiled and they smiled back. "What happened? I must of fallen asleep." Dottie slurred, closing her eyes but suddenly waking back up. "You were in a fire sweetheart! You were cooking cupcakes and it burned the house down!" Dottie's mum smiled, rubbing her shoulder. "How comes you were making cupcakes anyway? It wasn't a special occasion, was it?" Adelaide sat down next to her on the chair that was comfier than the ones Dottie had at home. "I was making Oliver Monroe themed cakes! I thought i ought to make some so when he comes-" Dotties mum cut her off. She didnt look as happy as she was when she came in. "Dont you think your'e taking this 'fangirling' situation a bit too far? You nearly died! I think its time to get a new 'hobby' and step aside from this well known Oliver Monroe, he has put you to the risk of death!" Dottie got out of her bed. Her face red and eyes full of tears. "Thats never gonna happen! If your going to go that far, i will move out of the house, move in with Adelaide, who knows! Since obviously you dont care about me!" Dottie took the wires that were connected to your lungs, she struggled to breath but continued running away. Adelaide followed. "Look Dot, your my best friend in all but I cant let you move in, with my parents there and my little brother, it wouldnt work!" Adelaide sat down next to Dottie who looked disapointed and flushed at the same time. "And plus, we never even hang out together, you're always inside on your laptop fangirling!" Adelaide added," If you break our friendship, fine, find people who like the things you admire but its just not for me." She walked away, tripping over her shoelaces but trying to act cool. Dottie thought she was her friend, obviously she wasnt.
" Good Morning Students! The other day a very brave pupil was at the risk of death, you might of heard her story in the school paper but you havent heard it from her, Welcome Dottie Lancaster." The audience applauded Dottie. She didnt even bother to smile. She didnt wear her smile she wore way back when Adelaide was her friend. She stared miserably.
"I was in a fire," Dottie moaned, yawning like a cat ,"I couldnt do anything to defend myself, luckily i had my idiot of a best friend there with me when I went to the hospital , i really do love her, (not)". It caught to her attention that Adelaide was in the crowd, smiling smugly next to a bunch of other girls. Dottie smirked," And i am absolutely fine with that, she can be a bitch, ohh yes, two can play that game but the fact that she took a picture of her in a bra and sent it to me is quite disturbing!" She grinned, " Youtube Tonight, 7pm. The gallery of photos she sent me will be on there, waiting for you!".
Adelaides face was red compared to Dotties. Hers was pale and happy....
