Since my date with Harry yesterday went more on the depressing deep side and we didn't really get to do what we originally wanted to do, we will be making up for it today. Harry wants to take me somewhere, and he said it will be a surprise. He said to wear comfortable clothing and bring a camera, my phone, and maybe a water bottle and some snacks. I wonder where he will be taking me. I have a feeling it will be something outdoors, but there's just so many surprises with him.
I put on a Blue Hollister sweater and black shorts. I decide to comb my hair down today, since it may get messed up anyways. It's ten in the morning and I know Dad will flip if he sees me leaving, so I have to sneak out. I do learn from my mistakes and don't want what happened last time to happen again, so I did tell Lottie where I was going so they wouldn't get all scared that something happened to me.
Now that I'm ready I slide down the window sill and upper roof and then jump the about three feet fall. I look both ways to make sure that no one is watching, and quickly run in the direction of Harry's house. I finally arrive, and he's already waiting in front of a car.
"Well this seems to have become a regular routine, hasn't it?" he chuckles, at me being a couple minutes late and he already waiting all the time.
"Well you don't have to sneak out in fear of getting your teeth knocked out," I say.
"True," he agrees.
"So, shall we be going?" he asked, holding the door to the shotgun seat of the car open.
"My pleasure," I say, stepping inside.
He goes to the other side and steps in the drivers seat.
"I didn't know that you knew how to drive," I said.
"Yeah I took lessons throughout my fifteenth year so that on my sixteenth birthday I can get a car," he said.
"I've always wanted to learn how to drive but of course we don't have enough money for a car or classes," I sigh.
"Maybe one day I can teach you," he offers.
"Sounds splendid," I say.
"So, where are we going?" I ask.
"Somewhere fun, somewhere that I haven't been to since I came on vacation here as a small child and I have a feeling that you haven't been there for a while either," he says.
"What kind of fun place?" I ask again, curious.
"Somewhere that I won tickets to over the radio, and somewhere we are not going if you keep asking questions," he says.
Ooh, so he's gonna play like that with me. Like I'm a small child and he's the father. That seems kinda creepy to me, but its nice to know that he'll be the dominant one in our relationship.
After a long car ride, we pull over, but it seems to be near so such location that we would go to.
"Turn around," he commands.
I obey, shooting him a confused look when he returns it with a 'you'll see' one. He ties a bandana around my head, so now all I see is darkness.
"What are you doing?" I ask.
"We are getting close to it and I don't want you to catch any hints till we actually get there, I want it to be a surprise," he says, and I can feel the car starting again.
I feel confused, curious, and nervous at the same time. It takes what was probably ten minutes in the car before I feel it stop. I hear Harry get out of the car and then the door on my side opens.
