Brian O'Conner: a exjuvoinile delinquent turned LAPD cop who is driven by his emotions instead of his brain. Recklessness was what landed him in juvenile detention for two years when he was younger, but it was also what gave him a one up on Victoria Feroz every time. Somehow, someway, the blue eyed blond was the only one that was actual competition for the fierce brunette. It was all thanks to his impulsive actions and cheeky attitude that gave him the title as Victoria Feroz's rival.

The tension thickens between the two rivals when a joint operation with the FBI and LAPD in Los Angles assigns them both to be paired in a undercover mission to solve a series of semi-trailer truck hijackings that occurred in a span of four months.
