Chapter 1

Fatima’s POV

‘’Fatima get up, you’re getting late for school. You better hurry up young girl or else’’ shouted Mrs.Stones from the kitchen...

‘’Argh!! I wish there was no school, so that I could sleep all day’’ i thought to herself as i cuddled Tommy my little puppy. Being a normal teenager was not ok for me. As the only daughter of my parents I had to do all the chores of the house. Still feeling sleepy I made my way toward my bathroom so that I could change from my pj’s.  15 minutes of shower and I was ready and so I headed downstairs.

‘’Good morning dad’’

Good morning angel dad said while kissing me on my cheek...

‘’Mum I’m going Carly is waiting for me’ I said and went outside to join two of my best friends Carly and Dean. Well Dean is my boyfriend and we have been dating from the past 3 months. i actually felt secure whenever I was with him and he protected me from everything..

‘’Hey love’’, Dean said while giving me a tight hug. Ready for your first day at Bradford high school?? He asked me before kissing me. I let go of him and turned to hug Carly.

‘’People lets go we are getting late’’ Dean said as we made our way towards his car.

‘’This was the worst day of my life arghh I don’t want this high school life where everyone is mean and rude to you especially the teachers.’’ I complained and Dean gave a smile to comfort me.

‘’Hey Fati you promised me you’ll go shopping with me so let’s go like right now!!’’Carly said while taking my hand.

Ummm I looked at Dean and he smiled which meant yeah you can go. I love this guy I thought to myself. ‘’yeah lets go, Dean you coming with us right??

Dean: ‘’Naah you guys go ahead I have some important work to do. Take care of yourself love’’ 

While we were busy in surveying the shops I saw a familiar face.

Dean I  shouted and ran towards him leaving Carly in the shop.

‘’Hey I didn’t expected you will be here’’. he said and then I noticed he wasn’t alone. He was with a girl. ‘’Umm Fati love this is Amada my cousin, she came here today from Bolton’’ he introduced me to her.

‘’Oh Dean can you wait here while I go and bring Carly here so that we could go eat something cause I’m starving’’ I said and he nodded.

‘’Hey Carly lets go eat something and deans here with her cousin from Bolton she’s hot I tell you’’ yeah I was jealous cause he was here with someone else not me.

What happened next made my world crash in a second. At first I wasn’t able to believe what I saw but then reality hit me he was actually  kissing Amanda . I wanted to run away from here away from the world. I thing I was scared of the most happened with me he broke my heart. I trusted him so much and he cheated on me with that blonde girl who he say is his cousin..

‘’DEAN!!!!’’ I shouted at him

‘’Baby it’s not what you  are thinking. Let me try to explain’’ He said and tried to hug me.

‘’Get your hands away from me and don’t you dare call me your baby. You ruined everything. It’s over and don’t think I’ll ever forgive you. Bye’’ I said and slapped him before running away from that place.

I ran until I realized that the place was unfamiliar, the next thing I know a man approached me from behind.

‘’Hey sexy’’ he said while trying to get hold of my hand. That was the moment I thought to myself that it’s over I won’t be seeing my parents ever again. This will be the last day of my life. I tried to get away from him and ran towards the road. Before I was able to cross the road I saw beam of light coming towards me and everything went numb.
