Chapter Two

Pov Lillie

I sat at breakfast playing with the eggs I was suppose to eat. But I hated eggs. I couldn't eat them with out thinking about the chicken inside. It was the first day if summer so my family had to have a family breakfast.

They wanted to see me before I left for camp. But we all secretly hated this whole breakfast thing. It would just be us sitting here in an awkward silence. The only sounds were a fork hitting a plate or the sound of chewing.

No one dared talk, it was a secret rule that has never been broken. And non of us were planning on breaking it any time soon.

We where sitting at our family dinner table that was right in front of a huge window that showed the city below. It would be pretty but the smoke fumes ruined it. I didn't like the city. It was to dirty and crowed. That's why I loved the summer time. I would go to camp with my 3 best friend in the entire world and live in the woods. A whole summer of non stop fun. It was the best place in my life.

"Honey I just want to say bye ok? And that we love you." My mom said with a smile. Faker. I know that she loves my older sister more than me. It has always been that way.

I was just the disappoint. I didn't have blond hair, or bright blue eyes. But her power is a charmer. When she smiles people drop head over heals for her. That is why my parents named her Jewel. Mrs perfect in other words.

" love u too mom and dad, I'm goin get ready Levi will be here soon."I said while getting up.

" bye sissy love you" Jewel said with a smirk written on her face. I nodded and walked away from the summer breakfast.

I was in my room simply playing with my bag strings. I had two duffle bags and they where cramped . I packed everything I would need. I also had a draw string bag to hold my daily things to carry. Like a notebook and a water bottle. It was my favorite bag. It was a dark purple covered in blue swirls. The string was a dark purple too and I fell in love with it the first second I laid eyes on it.

I waited for Levi to come like I knew he would. He comes to my room a lot nowadays. He can transport places and let me say he doesn't like to text. So it's normal for him to show up at 1 in the morning and jump in bed with me. We were best friends and he is also my secret crush. I would never say it out loud but deep inside I would bubble up when he said my name.

But again I would never say it out loud. I haven't even told Serenity yet. And that's my best girl friend.

The feeling just showed up a few weeks ago when we had been watching WallE. It was when WallE and Eva held hand he had tangled our hands together and sparks flew. It want the first time I felt them, but that time I couldn't help but to feel them. Now one thing about Levi was he was a laid back guy who acted all cool. But when it was us and Serenity and Caden, he was a new man. He would be the sweetest guy, and a prankster. He would never let me go and would always be touching me in some way that wasn't dirty. I feel head over heels for that boy.

But he would never like me, once in a friend zone always in a friend zone.

" Lillie are you just goin stand there? We have friends to see." I jumped and held my heart in fear.

" dammit Levi don't do that again." I nearly yelled. When he transported he had become so skilled that he wouldn't even make a noise when he arrived.

" that face though.... Let's go Caden is already there and waiting." He said while stepping closer to me. I could smell his sent of mint from my bed. It was the best smell I knew.

" yea yea lets go." I said while grabbing my bags. He smiled and took a step closer. Levi was only far enough now that our lips weren't touching. The light from my window went to his back adding an a effect that he was glowing sort of.

" you look pretty like normal." He said while his blue eyes danced with emotions.

" stop lying, now let's go." I said while my face burned a bright red.

" I don't lie to you. You are beautiful.... Now before you argue we are off." He grabbed my waist and held me to his chest. He tucked my head so I didn't have to see the world spinning, he didn't want me to get sick. But that didn't stop my blush that wouldn't fall off my face.

After we landed he kissed my forehead and let me go. I went to the girls room and started to unpack. Man I loved this place, no city life, no fake smiles, just the real Lillie.

" well if it isn't the one and only Lillie!" Said a voice I knew too well.

" Caden!" I cried out and jumped into his arms. I loved him like a brother I never had.

And Serenity loved him as a boyfriend. They were the cutest couple. Always blushing and kissing each other's faces. I loved how cute they were.

" I missed my little sister." Caden said Into my neck. I giggle and kissed his cheek in a friend way of course.

" I missed my big brother." I said with a giggle. He smiled and swirled me around.

" gosh don't tell me your cheating on me." Said Levi from the door Frame. " I would never." I said with fake sarcasm. But in the back of my mind I knew I never would. He smiled and Caden let go of me.

" I'm gonna get some water brb ." Levi said while walking out. He went out the back door where the well is.

Yep. A well.

I was sitting on my bed talking to Caden when I heard the front door open.

" Serenity!" I yelled and jumped of the bed right into her. She stood shocked for a second before responding. Her parents walked in and were setting her stuff down whole I held the red head.

" Serenity your the last one here!" I yelled in her ear.

" Aren't I always Lil?" She said while holding on tighter to me. I tilted my head to get a view of her.

Her red hair was just like last year and she was just a few inches talker than me. I've always been jealous of her. She had the boy of her dreams, nice parents, and was drop dead beautiful. But I loved her anyway.

Levi popped his head from the door frame and had probably just got back from our well.

" hey is that Serenity's voice I hear?" He said while flopping his hair to the side and narrowing his eyes.

" No. She died two months ago, I'm just her twin sister that our parents kept a secret until now, Riley. I was hidden in the basement until my moment came to replace Serenity" she said while rolling her eyes. Yep it's her."Of corse it's Serenity you idiot!" She said then. I started to burst out laughing while Levi rolled his eyes.

" yo Caden Serenity is here." Levi yelled out to Caden and leaving the room.

" Don't you think I know that already." Caden said while walking in. They embraced and where flirting like normal.

The only thought that went through my head was, I wish that was me and Levi. Her parents started talking and they said their weird good byes. Man I wish I had her parents. So at that thought I went to go talk to Levi.

I walked to the boys room to see him unpacking. I opened my mouth to sat something but was beat by Serenity.

"Lillie! Levi! He's getting something!"

In 2 seconds flat we were there.

Caden sat there stiff as a board and his eyes seemed to be glazed over the world.

" is he ok?" I asked hoping he was ok. " yea he's fine just give him a minute." Serenity said in such a calm matter.

Caden could see the future and it was a rare gift.

For better or worse and judging by the look on his face, it wasn't a good future.
