"Hey!" I said, running slighty trying to catch up with Melissa.
"I thought it was bro's before hoe's" she said sharply.
I was puzzled. "Don't you mean chicks before dicks?" I nudged her with my elbo.
She jerked so suddenly I backed off.
"What's your problem then?" I said, dancing around her.
"Aren't you with Luke?" she said not looking m in the eye.
I gasped. Luke? Was she joking?
"No! Pfft please, we do have a code. No boy before gal's no gal's before pals"
"Yeah well," she said turning around so quickly I got dizzy looking at her "That's what Lily said?"
My mouth dropped.
"Seriously? You are bringing Lily Keeley into this?"
Lily Keeley was my life long enemy.
Ever since we met eachother in infants we have been arch enemies.
She used to pull my long ginger hair and stick the dough to it. I had to cut it up short and that made me VERY angry.
I lost my temper once and cut her hair back and it DID NOT go down well.
"Well yeah."
I made a raspberry and stopped in my tracks.
"Do you not even believe your own bestfriend?"
Thinking about Lily made me shudder.
Being 14 she still makes my life a living hell.
And now she is taking my best friend away from me?
